it is a proportional measurements of chemicals.
in this case, each 1000 ml of the product has 5ml of a triazine biocide.( volume measure) or

in each kg of the produt, 5gr are of triazine biocide ( weigh measure)
that is my understanding...hopes that helps.

Unless it means "mais ou menos" (which is unlikely), it probably means "microgram per miligram" or something like that. It could also mean "mililiter", "miligram", etc.

Since all the "m" words in this context start with an M both in English and Portuguese, I wouldn't bother beating myself to death on this but just leave it as "m/m".
