Context:
durante la notte la paziente ha avuto grave anemizzazione da perdita Gl.
Ha avuto netta sensazione intorno di notte di scarico discendente a tipo calore seguita da paraplegia.
Nega anestesia a carico degli arti inferiori.

I would translate this as:
At night experienced a distinct of descending burning unloading sensation
Any other ideas? Thanks

Non solo sgrammaticato La cosa più grave è la presenza di termini assolutamente incoerenti (vedi anestesia al posto di disestesia IMO), che un bravo traduttore/revisore può non essere in grado di comprendere (del tutto giustificatamente). Ecco perchè ritengo, che di fronte a testi (porzioni di testo) sgrammaticati e incomprensibili, dovremmo (?!?) informare subito il cliente dell'impossibilità a procedere

@valerie Se, come penso, si tratta di un testo estrapolato malamente con OCR, personalmente (e sottolineo personalmente) mi rifiuterei di tradurlo/revisionarlo (l'ho già fatto). Sono stufo di questo continuo downgrade fatto a nostro discapito per risparmiare soldi.

Indicibile resa (OCR?!?) di un "handwritten text". Concordo con Judy. Si tratta molto probabilmente di un testo interpretato con OCR. La conferma me la fornisce la frase successiva a quella oggetto della domanda. Non può essere "nega anestesia"! Il relatore del referto (un medico, un infermiere) saprà bene se il paziente è stato sottoposto o meno ad una anestesia. Non ha alcun senso chiederlo al paziente! Secondo me è "disestesia" (agli arti inferiori).

I think it's worth having a go If it is "interna", which makes more sense in my opinion, then something like "a sensation of heat descending through the inside of his/her body and flowing out".

I wouldn't waste time trying to decipher it - might be an OCR rendering of handwritten notes. I'd just flag it as incomprehensible (offer a literal translation if you like)

"intorno [alle xxx] di notte" the actual time may be missing

Your translation is garbled, and the question header doesn't match the text - you've left out "di notte", but not "intorno". I assume "intorno di notte" is "around nighttime", though I'm not clear what that means.

neutral Luigi Argentino : Human carelessness generates mistakes......OCR machine generates anesthesia (and further costs for insurance with not performed procedures). So the less they want to pay for translation/proofreading, the more costs the insurance company will have
