: Given your references, this makes the most sense to me, although I might choose something like "officially authorized" rather than "legalized" because of its connotation with the apostille process.

: sorry but I don't think "rubricate" is appropriate in this context Taña... more usual with decorating medieval texts but I might be wrong...ok seen it now and I see everybody's going with "books" but I think "ledgers" is fine in accounting-speak
