La palabra aparece en el dorso de un certificado de notas, forma parte de un sello en el que hay tres casillas: CERTIFICADO, CONSTANCIA Y SILABO. Desconozco cuál sería la traducción para ese término ¿alguien sugiere ago?

@Maximo I think you are confusing between a certificado de notas and a programa de estudios. The one shows the marks you obtained in a particular course (i.e., an expediente académico) and the other is the course outline or description of a course.

The asker mentioned that on a certificado de notas (academic record or transcript), the word sílabo appears, which refers to a particular syllabus or curriculum.

Thanks Marcelo. I believe as Michael said it is otherwise the "plan de estudios/programa de estudios (i.e. syllabus); each institution having it own particular format; this is a stamp with 3 boxes as the Asker has mentioned.
