This is for "delito contra la libertad sexual", and of course if there are two of them it will be "two sexual offences".
As far as I am concerned "offences/crimes against sexual freedom", though not absent from texts written by native speakers of English, is essentially a translation. It is either used in relation to countries, such as Spain, which use this term to refer to sexual offences, or it is a way of conceptualising such offences, quite reasonably, as a violation of a person's (usually a woman's or a child's) freedom. But the law in English-speaking countries doesn't conceptualise them explicitly as such, and in a legal context I don't think this expression is appropriate at all. What Spain calls "delitos contra la libertad sexual" are simply called "sexual offences" in the UK. See these Wikipedia pages:

Supplements have been made to the part of the Code relating to crimes against life and body: Article 123 (murder), Article 125 (momentary murder), Article 130 (bodily injury) and Article 131 (grievous bodily injury); there have been also supplements to the Chapter on crimes against the human rights and freedoms of citizens; Article 139 (coercion), Article 140 (unlawful arrest) and Article 144 (endangering security); and there have been supplements to the Chapter on crimes against sexual freedom and in the Chapter on crimes against sexual freedom and sexual morals - Article 186 (rape) and Article 187 (statutory rape of helpless person).

La directiva 2002/73/CE del Parlamento Europeo define como acoso sexual:
"la situación en que se produce cualquier comportamiento verbal, no verbal o físico no deseado de índole sexual con el propósito o el efecto de atentar contra la dignidad de una persona, en particular cuando se crea un entorno intimidatorio, hostil, degradante, humillante u ofensivo.1"
So, by "delitos contra la libertad sexual" they mean"acoso sexual", then "sexual harrassment" could be an option.
