Look up parkour on Wikipedia (I did). That will give you a better idea of what parkour is about.

Probably not. It was just a guess. I must admit that I thought that something else would be used for skateboarding. Free running might be right if people are running on objects, I guess.

skateboarding? паркур is generally parkour, as Alexander submitted, which doesn't involve a skateboard, but in this and your next question you mention skateboarding. Is there something in the context that indicates that this is about skateboarding? If so, a different translation may be appropriate.
