KONTEXT: ,,Zunächst müssen Sie also verstehen, was das Management erreichen möchte.
The context relates to meetings held before a new software is implemented in a company. Not entirely sure what the author means here with "wie Ihr derzeitiger Einfluss in Ihrem Unternehmen reicht." Does he mean the person in question must access the hierarchy up to the level that he or she (still) has some influence (in decision making, for instance)?

commensurate with your current position in the company.

: In my opinion 'clout' is too colloquial to accompany 'commensurate with'.// 'Depending on' isn't as good as 'commensurate with' though!! Maybe: 'to the extent your current clout in the company will allow' or more formally, 'commensurate with y

Hmm...in that case, how about saying 'depending on' instead of "commensurate with" ? // Thank you so much, Anne-Marie. I wholeheartedly endorse your suggestions. Am adding a note to my answer.
