La figura de Prometeo es muy antigua en la mitología griega, y por otra parte, a lo largo de la historia de la literatura griega presenta una cierta evolución. Si en Hesíodo simboliza la “mala eris”, y se presenta con rasgos negativos, a partir, al menos, de Esquilo, este personaje mítico pasa a simbolizar la rebeldía contra el tirano.
La figura de Prometeo es, además, sobradamente conocida en el mundo occidental, y ha sido objeto de un importante número de versiones literarias e interpretaciones plásticas (pictóricas y escultóricas) e incluso musicales.

Well, interpretations is clearly right. Whether you want to make it "visual," "artistic," "plastic" or something else is open to debate. But I can't see any problem with the idea of "interpretation of the myth" ...

Many thanks to all but... what confuses me here is the correct English translations for "interpretaciones". I think it could be sth like "plastic works of art"; i'm not sure about "plastic renditions" and defenitely i'm not sure about "plastic interpretations", do we even say that in English? We know of what we are talking about, we all got the meaning but we refer it as "plastic interpretations"?

plastic interpretations

las artes plásticas son los artes los de pintura y escultura ("visual arts" es más amplio). Dice Merriam-Webster's de "Plastic arts": an art (as painting or sculpture) in which substantial three-dimensional form or the effect of such form is achieved.

Hoy en día no se usa frequentemente, y creo que "artistic interpretation" será una opción.
