We are adding various new features that make the search for specialists not only easier for recruiters, but also more specific, meaning they don’t get applications that they don’t want.

On the basis of surveys that it conducted at the recent Systems exhibition in Munich, it is re-launching itself with more employer-friendly tools in direct response to the frustrations expressed by employers and recruiters about the functionality of online recruitment sites.

These terms are often used in German, but you could also say Anwerber/Anwerbung or Einstellungssachbearbeiter/Einstellung

Personalsachbearbeiter im Bereich Einstellungen

in Deutschland gibt es die Berufsbezeichnung Personalbeschaffer nicht. klingt abwertend gegenüber den Kandidaten, die ja keine Stückware sind.

Oft wird dann einfach der englische Begriff so belassen

These English terms are already well established in the German business world (just look at the job advertisements in German newspapers or on the internet). The German language is adapting more and more English words, especially in the business area.
By the way, two years ago, I went to a so-called "Recruiting-Messe" myself (see http://www.akademika.de/index.htm?links_oben.htm&0) :-)
