Sanırım yanlış bir anlama var. Snip Rusya Federasyonu Yapı Standartları anlamına geliyor. Doğru, Neufert ‘in Yapı Tasarımı kitabı (ki çevirisi tarafımızdan yapıldı) inşaat norm ve kuralları alanında yazılmış temel bir kitap. Ancak, burada bahsedilen o değil sanırım.
