Trados 2019 error message: access to autosave denied

Hello. I was wondering whether anyone might be able to help me with a problem I have had for a few months now with SDL Trados 2019, which I reinstalled last year in a new computer with the MS Windows 2011 23H2 operating system. Hello. I was wondering whether anyone might be able to help me with a problem I have had for a few months now with SDL Trados 2019, which I reinstalled last year in a new computer with the MS Windows 2011 23H2 operating system. When I’m working on a text and I start the backup process I receive a strange error message: “Access to the path C:\Users \ steve \ OneDrive \ Belgeler \ Studio2019 \ AutoSave \ 25565c4e-7aad-4db3-a9cc-5086ab424c42 is denied”. It’s weird … I don’t have a ‘Belgeler’ folder in the ‘OneDrive’ section in my PC. And then, when I try to access the batch task menu to finalize a job and update the TMs I am again informed that access is denied. As one might say, Jeepers Creepers! What’s going on? I would be very grateful if someone could provide me with some guidance on how to get this issue sorted. Basically, I can complete a translation and create a Word file but, apparently, I am not able to update my TMs.Collapse

Try changing the folder permissions Feb 25

Weird that your folder is named "Belgeler", which means "Documents" in Turkish...
You might try checking he folder permissions for that path and allow access if necessary.
