MTPE rate for English to Chinese

Dear all,

I just passed the test for an MTPE project (English to Chinese). But the rate they can offer is quite lower than I've expected. Translation per source word (MT discount applied) is 0.022USD. Review per source word (including fill the LQA scorecard, non MT discount) -0.01USD.

I haven't done such work before and am not quite sure if those rates are reasonable. If you have such experience or knowledge, please kindly advise.

Hi Lily, I have worked on this pair a few times in the past and I consider this rates very low. Twice those rates would be more commonly seem and even still on a low end, as of my experience.

Can't agree more that it's really low! I think it doesn't worth my time even if I’m available.
