I've put together a video with a few tips on applying to work with agencies that's mostly aimed at those new to translation, but might also help you out if you're looking to expand the number of agencies you work with - you can view it here.

I happen to think you are wonderfully relatable. I love the way you talk with your hands. Do more of it, please. Body language is such a wonderfully human characteristic.

Regarding the video, liked and subscribed, keep up the good work. I shall consider some of your suggestions myself, regarding sprucing up my business email to look less impersonal and easily imitated by bored scammers.
