Bio
Courses in general legal studies at university for Vordiplom (eqivalent to B.A.) 1980, specialized in European Union and medical translations for diploma as Akad. gepr. Übersetzerin/ certified translator, 1996. Work as translator for DEH Hanau, Germany, for two years, 1981-1983. Strong involvement in local US Army communities in Germany as volunteer translator/interpreter, and/or German teacher from 1988 until 1997. Living in US permanently since December 1997. Work from home as free-lance translator since September 2004, primarily as translator of large volume medical reports into US English.
US Resident Alien since 1980, US citizenship since 2006.
