•Ser congruente, ejemplo y exigir a los demás desempeño y profesionalismo consistentes con la misión, principios y metas de operación de la compañía.
•Desarrollar y demostrar las habilidades técnicas y el conocimiento de acuerdo con las responsabilidades dadas.
•Clarificar y promover la ruta estratégica de la organización para el crecimiento y la diversificación a través de la satisfacción del cliente y la mejora continua.
•Proporcionar liderazgo para implantar el plan táctico, la misión, los principios de operación y cumplimiento de las metas de la compañía.
•Asegurar una comunicación interna y externa efectiva. Estando disponible para todo el personal de la unidad de negocios y mantenerlos informados del estado del negocio.
•Coordinar los esfuerzos para alinear la estructura y los sistemas a la misión, principios operativos y metas de la compañía
•Facilitar el desarrollo, instalación, comunicación y mantenimiento de la toma de decisiones, reconocimiento y sistemas de mejora continua para promover, desarrollar y mantener una cultura rápida, amigable, enfocada y flexible.

•Educates and trains everybody in the plant so that they become results oriented and trains all team members about the differences between activities and positions as compared to results and achievements.
•Develops an organization based on high performance teams oriented towards results.
•Provides feedback channels to all plant personnel for: key measures, keeping everybody focused on results and then being able to identify and solve important issues.
•Practices award and recognition programs for successes, as well as a corrective actions and guiding program for failures.
•Keeps a constant balance between financial budgets and the business’ real costs.
