إشعاع الجسم الأسود
يؤكد العلماء بأن لون الضوء الذي يشعّه الجسم المشتعل أو المحترق يتعلق بدرجة حرارة هذا الجسم، وهذه حقيقة لم تكن معروفة في الماضي، إنما هنالك قياسات حديثة أثبتت وجود هذه العلاقة. حتى إن العلماء يؤكدون بأن العامل الوحيد الذي يؤثر على لون الضوء الصادر من الجسم المسخّن هو درجة الحرارة. ولذلك يسمي العلماء هذه العلاقة "بدرجة حرارة اللون".
عندما تزداد درجة الحرارة تنتقل الألوان من الطول الموجي الأكبر باتجاه طول الموجة الأقصر، أي من اللون الأحمر إلى اللون الأصفر فالأزرق فالبنفسجي وأخيراً فوق البنفسجي وأخيراً اللون الأسود.
لدى البدء بتسخين أي جسم فإن لونه يبدأ بالتغير من الأحمر، ثم عندما تزداد درجة الحرارة يصبح اللون أكثر بياضاً ويقترب من الأصفر. وإذا علمنا بأن اللون الأبيض هو مزيج من ألوان الطيف الضوئي السبعة، فإن اللون الذي يطغى خلال هذا التسخين هو الأبيض، أي مزيج من ألون قوس قزح السبعة.
وأخيراً عندما ترتفع درجة الحرارة بشكل كبير، فإن الألوان تصبح قاتمة أو غامقة حتى تنتهي باللون الأسود، وهذا اللون لم يتم الحصول عليه بعد عملياً ولكن العلماء يؤكدون بأن اللون الأسود هو نهاية ألوان الطيف الضوئي الحراري.
حقائق علمية مؤكدة
بعد دراسات استمرت سنوات طويلة وضع العلماء قوانين فيزيائية مهمة أهمها قانون الإشعاع للجسم الأسود، وهذا القانون يقضي بأن كثافة الطاقة الضوئية تتناسب مع طول موجة الضوء ودرجة حرارة الجسم، أي أننا نستطيع أن نحدد لون الطيف الضوئي الذي يبثه الجسم الساخن فقط اعتماداً على درجة حرارته. أي أن هنالك علاقة مباشرة بين درجة الحرارة ولون الضوء.
الحديث النبوي
لقد تناول النبي الكريم الحديث عن ألوان النار من خلال تحذيره من عذاب الله تعالى. وقد استخدم معجزة علمية ليؤكد لكل من مشكك بأن هذه النار آتية لا محالة، وأن إخبار الرسول الكريم عليه الصلاة والسلام ضمن إطار معجزة علمية هو تأكيد على صدق كلامه صلى الله عليه وسلم. يقول النبي الكريم عليه الصلاة والسلام: (أوقد على النار ألف سنة حتى احمرّت، ثم أوقد عليها ألف سنة حتى ابيضت، ثم أوقد عليها ألف سنة حتى اسودّت، فهي سوداء مظلمة) [رواه الترمذي].
وهنا يتدرج اللون حسب هذا الحديث من الأحمر إلى الأبيض انتهاء بالأسود!! وهذا يطابق تماماً العلم الحديث. وهنا يؤكد الحديث على أن المرحلة النهائية هي الظلمات، وهذه لا نراها في الدنيا ولكن العلماء أخبرونا عنها من خلال دراستهم للثقب الأسود.
إعجاز نبوي مذهل
1- لقد جعل العلماء من اللون الأبيض لوناً مرجعياً لتوازن الألوان، وهذا ما فعله النبي الكريم عندما اعتبر أن اللون الأبيض في منتصف الطيف: أحمر-أبيض-أسود.
2- إن العلماء يقفون عند اللون الأزرق لأنهم لا يدركون اللون الأسود أو الحرارة اللانهائية، ولكن النبي الكريم تناول من خلال هذا الحديث أشياء لا نراها ولكنها موجودة ويؤمن بها العلماء وقد رأوها من خلال الأرقام والحسابات.
3- لقد تدرج النبي الكريم في حديثه من اللون ذي الموجة الأطول، باتجاه اللون ذي الموجة الأقصر، أي من اللون الأحمر إلى الأبيض، ثم انتهى بالموجات القصيرة جداً وهذه لا يمكن رؤيتها فهي سوداء!! إن هذا التدرج في الألوان أو في الأطوال الموجية هو ما يتبعه العلماء اليوم حيث نلاحظ أنهم ينطلقون عادة في تصنيفهم للألوان من الأحمر باتجاه الأزرق.
4- تناول الحديث المراحل الزمنية لتغير الألوان، أي أن هنالك زمن ينقضي وهنالك عمليات إحماء وتسخين بنتيجتها تتغير الألوان، وهذا ما يتحدث العلماء عنه اليوم.
5- بما أن العلماء اليوم اكتشفوا أن لون الطاقة الحرارية يتعلق بدرجة الحرارة فقط، فإن النبي الكريم من خلال حديثه هذا يكون هو أول من ربط بين درجة الحرارة ولون هذه الحرارة قبل أن يكتشفها علماء الغرب بقرون طويلة!
6- إن الحديث أشار إلى تغير اللون مع تغير درجة الحرارة، فاللون الأحمر هو أبرد الألوان، وهذا ما يقوله العلماء اليوم، أما اللون الأبيض فهو اللون المركزي أو اللون المعتدل. بينما الألوان القاتمة تكون درجة حرارتها عالية جداً فهي ساخنة.

Radiation of the black body
Scientists assure that light color emitted from burnt body is connected to the body temperature. This fact was not known in the past, but the recent studies prove the existence of this relation. They affirm that the single factor, which affects the light color arising from the heated body, is temperature. Therefore, scientists call this relation "Temperature of the color".
Increasing temperature, the colors move from long wavelength to short wavelength, i .e. from red color passing by yellow to violet and ultraviolet and finally black color. Starting to heat any object, its color turns to red then to white. After that, the color turns to yellow. Assuming that the white color is a mixture of the seven colors of the spectrum, white is the color that prevails during heating process.
When the temperature rises, the colors turn gradually from dark to black color that cannot be obtained yet. However, scientists assure that the black color is the end of the colors of spectrum.
Scientific facts
Scientists have set important physical rules after long studies. The rule of black object radiation indicates that light density is proportionate to light wavelength and object temperature. In other words, depending on color temperature determines the color of light spectrum emitting from heated object, i.e. there is a direct relation between temperature and light color.
Prophetic hadith
The Prophet (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam) dealt with colors of fire through talking about warning of Allāh's punishment. He has used a scientific miracle to affirm the truth of fire. His speech including scientific miracle confirms the truth of his speech.
The Prophet (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam) said," Fire was burnt thousand years until it was red, then it was burnt another thousand years, until it was white. Finally, it was burnt another thousand years until it was dark black." (At-Termidhi)
According to this hadith, the color proceeds gradually from red to white ending to black color. This matter matches the modern science. In addition, the hadith affirms that the last stage is darkness that cannot be realized in life, but scientists told us through their study of black hole.
Prodigious Prophetic inimitability
1- Scientists consider the white color as referential color of colors balance. The Prophet (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam) applied this matter in setting the white color in the middle position of spectrum: red – white – black.
2- Scientists ended to blue color, as they do not realize black color or infinite heat. However, the Prophet (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam) dealt with invisible things, but scientists believe in the existence of these things according to numbers and calculations.
3- The Prophet (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam) proceeded gradually from long wave color to short wave color i.e. from red to white, and then he ended with very short waves that cannot be seen due to their black color. Today, scientists follow this process as they classify colors from red to blue.
4- Hadith deals with the time stages of colors change. In other words, colors change due to the processes of warming and heating.
5- Whereas scientists discover that the color of thermal energy is related to temperature, the Prophet (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam) is the first person who connected between temperature and heat color before the discovery of West scientists.
6- Hadith indicated to the change of color according to temperature change. According to scientists, red is the coldest color and white is the central or moderate color, while dark colors have very high temperature due to their hot state.

Source text - Arabic التجارة نعمة من نعم الله عز وجل، وهي مهنة شريفة كريمة، ولو لم يكن في شرفها إلا أن نبي الأمة صلى الله عليه وسلم عمل بها يوماً من الأيام، فقد ثبت عنه عليه الصلاة والسلام أنه تاجر في مال خديجة رضي الله عنها وأرضاها. هذه التجارة تولاها الأخيار على مر القرون والأعصار من صحب النبي الأخيار رضي الله عنهم وأرضاهم، تولاها أبو بكر صديق هذه الأمة، وكان تاجراً ونعم التاجر، وكذلك أصحاب النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، كـعثمان بن عفان وعبد الرحمن بن عوف رضي الله عن الجميع. وكان عبد الرحمن له في التجارة ثلاثة مواقف عظيمة جليلة: أولها: أنه قدم إلى المدينة -وهو من أهل الهجرتين رضي الله عنه وأرضاه- فآخى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بينه وبين سعد بن الربيع ، فقال له سعد : يا عبد الرحمن ! هذا مالي، أشاطرك هذا المال نصفه لك ونصفه لي، ولي زوجتان انظر إلى أجملهما وأحسنهما أطلقها وتنكحها من بعدي . فقال عبد الرحمن رضي الله عنه وأرضاه : بارك الله لك في مالك، دلني على السوق. كان أصحاب النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم لهم همة عالية، ونفوس طاهرة زاكية، فاستعان عبد الرحمن بالله ففتح الله له أبواب الغنى، أقبل على السوق فتعب ونصب، وكان تاجراً أميناً صادقاً وفياً براً في تجارته ومعاملته؛ ففتح الله له أبواب الرحمة؛ فكان له من الخير ما كان. الموقف الثاني الذي كان له: أنه كان ممن يجهز جيش النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في الغزوات، فصدق فيه قول المصطفى صلى الله عليه وسلم: (نعم المال الصالح عند الرجل الصالح) . أما الموقف الثالث: فهو أن إحدى أمهات المؤمنين خشعت بين يدي النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، وذكرت وفاته صلوات الله وسلامه عليه؛ فقال عليه الصلاة والسلام: (يحفظكن من بعدي الصادقون) فكان عبد الرحمن رضي الله عنه وفياً لرسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم في أزواجه من بعده، فكان يتحمل نفقاتهن ويكثر الإحسان إليهن، فيا لها من تجارة عادت عليه بخيري الدنيا والآخرة! التجارة نعمة من الله وشرف للإنسان، وأي شرف أن يأكل من كد يديه وعرق جبينه! الذي قال فيه النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، حينما سُئل عن أطيب الكسب؟ فقال: (ما أكل أحد طعاما قط، خيرا من أن يأكل من عمل يده، وإن نبي الله داود عليه السلام كان يأكل من عمل يده) . الإسلام دين عمل، ودين جد واجتهاد، ودين سعي وتحصيل، وليس بدين خمول ولا كسل، فشحذ الهمم إلى هذا العمل المبارك، يصون الإنسان به وجهه عن ذل السؤال وشدة الحال، قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: (لأن يأخذ أحدكم أحبله خير له من أن يسأل الناس).
وقد بين الله عز وجل أن هذه التجارة تنقسم إلى قسمين: تجارة مباحة، وتجارة محرمة. أما التجارة المباحة: فقد أشار الله عز وجل إليها بقوله: وَأَحَلَّ اللَّهُ الْبَيْعَ [البقرة:275]. وأما التجارة المحرمة: فقد أشار إليها باختصار في قوله: وَحَرَّمَ الرِّبَا [البقرة:275]. قال بعض العلماء: في هذا دليل على سماحة الإسلام ورحمة الله بالعباد؛ حيث جعل الحلال أكثر من الحرام. والذي حرمه الله إما لضرر على الإنسان أو ضرر على الناس، أو ضرر على الاثنين، أو لمقصد شرعي يعلمه الله: وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ وَأَنْتُمْ لا تَعْلَمُونَ [البقرة:216].
Translation - English Commerce in Islam

Verily, commerce is a grace of Allāh, the Most Exalted and is regarded as an honest profession. The greatest proof of its honor is the Prophet (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam) who traded in the money of his first wife Khadija (May Allāh be pleased of her). A great deal of people adopts commerce as their work. Many good and contemporary people of the Prophet (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam) worked in commerce. For example, Abu Bakr As-Siddiq, the honest of this Ummah, was the best trader. In addition, the Companions of the Prophet (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam) like Uthman bin Affan and 'Abdur-Rahman bin 'Auf were working in commerce. Abdur-Rahman bin 'Auf (May Allāh be pleased of him) had three great situations. Firstly, when the emigrants reached Medina, Allāh's Messenger established the bond of fraternity between 'Abdur-Rahman and Sa'd bin Ar-Rabi. Sa'd said to 'Abdur-Rahman, "I am the richest of all the Ansar (Helpers in Medina), so I want to divide my property between us, and I have two wives, so see which of the two you like and tell me, so that I may divorce her, and when she finishes her prescribed period (i.e. 'Idda) of divorce, then marry her." Abdur-Rahman said, "May Allāh bless your family and property for you; where is your market?" The Companions of the Prophet (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam) have elevated vitality and virtuous souls. He sought support from Allāh, the Most Exalted, who granted him richness generously. Since he worked in commerce diligently and characterized by honesty, truth, sincerity and clarity in his trade, Allāh, the Most Exalted, opened the gates of mercy for him. Secondly, he was among the Companions who were preparing the army of the Prophet (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam) in wars, thus the Prophet (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam) was right in saying," Indeed, righteous man has best money." Thirdly, when one of the Believers' mothers talked piously to the Prophet about his death, he said," truthful men would protect you after my death." Verily 'Abdur-Rahman bin 'Auf was honest to the Prophet (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam) regarding his wives. He was assuming their expenses and was treating them with kindness and generosity. This trade gave him much blessing in the present life and the Hereafter. Trade is a blessing from Allāh, the Most Exalted, and an honor for man. The best honor is eating nothing but good food earned lawfully. When the Prophet (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam) was asked about the better earning, he said," The Prophet (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam) said, "Nobody has ever eaten a better meal than that which one has earned by working with one's own hands. The Prophet of Allah, Dawūd used to eat from the earnings of his manual labor." Islam is a religion marked by diligence, endeavor and achievement. Thus, this best work requires determination and vitality to save the dignity of man towards asking people for alms. The Prophet (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam) said, "One would rather take a rope and cut wood and carry it than ask others)."
Allāh, the Most Exalted, has manifested that trade is divided into two sections, lawful and unlawful. As for lawful trade, Allāh, the Most Exalted, has said," Allāh has permitted trade" (al-Baqarah, 2:275). On the Other hand, Allāh has indicated to the unlawful trade when He has said," And has forbidden interest" (al-Baqarah, 2:275). Some scholars said that it is an indication of the generosity of Islam and mercy of Allāh upon people, as Allāh, the Most Exalted, has made the lawful more than the forbidden. Allāh has forbidden the unlawful for its bad effect either on man, people or for legal aim known by Him. Allāh , the Most Exalted, has said," And Allāh knows, while you know not." (al-Baqarah, 2:216).

Source text - Arabic تعد بلجيكا من أصغر الممالك مساحة في أوروبا فهي تقع فى الشمال الغربى من أوروبا علي الشاطىء الجنوبي لبحر الشمال وتبلغ مساحتها (513ر30) كيلو متر مربع ويصل عدد سكانها إلى أكثر من عشرة ملايين نسمة. وعلى عكس البلاد الاوروبية الاخرى، فإن بلجيكا لم يكن لها دور في الفترة الاستعمارية في العالم العربي.
ويصل عدد المسلمون إلى ما يقرب من 400000 مسلم أي 4% من إجمالي السكان حسب تقديرات المشرفين على المركز الاسلامي والثقافي في بلجيكا ، معظمهم من المنتمين إلى الجالية الوافدة من البلاد الإسلامية وتحديدا من المملكة المغربية وتركيا إلى جانب مختلف الجنسيات الأخرى.
وقد تم إنشاء المركز الإسلامي والثقافي في بلجيكا بتمويل من المملكة العربية السعودية. ويعد المركز الإسلامي والثقافي في بلجيكا أحد أهم المراكز الإسلامية فى غرب أوروبا على الإطلاق وأحد المنارات المتقدمة للدين الاسلامى فى أوروبا حيث ينظم العبادات الإسلامية ويمثل دور الوسيط بين الدولة والجاليات المسلمة بها.
وقد جاء اعتراف الحكومة البلجيكية بالدين الاسلامى كدين رسمى فى البلاد عام 1968م ليعد سابقة فى تاريخ تعامل الحكومات والدول الأوروبية مع الحضور الإسلامى فى أوروبا.
وصادقت الدولة البلجيكية عام 1975م على إدخال دروس التربية الاسلامية ضمن البرامج المدرسية لابناء الجالية الأسلامية مما زاد من ثقل ومسؤوليات المركز الاسلامى والثقافى فى بروكسل.
ويوجد فى بلجيكا زهاء ثلاثمائة مسجد وبيت للعبادة موزعة فى مختلف أنحاء البلاد.
ويشهد الدين الإسلامى إقبالا متصاعدا لاعتناقه والدخول فيه من قبل أبناء الشعب البلجيكى وقطاعات واسعة من الأوروبيين المقيمين فى بلجيكا، حيث لا يمر يوم واحد ولله الحمد إلا ويسلم فيه عدد من أهل البلاد لينضموا الى أمة النبي محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم.

Belgium is one of the smallest kingdoms in Europe and is located in the northwest of Europe on the south shore of the North Sea. The total area is 30.513 sq km and population is over ten millions. Unlike the other European countries, Belgium had no relations with the Arab world during the colonial period.
According to the evaluations of the supervisors of Islamic and cultural center in Belgium, the number of Muslims in Belgium is estimated at around 400000, which is about 4 % of the total population of the country. They belong to the coming community of the Islamic countries, especially, Morocco and Turkey beside the other different nationalities.
The Islamic and cultural center in Belgium was built with the financial support of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This center is regarded from the most important Islamic centers in Western Europe and one of the advanced beacons of Islamic religion in Europe. In addition, it is responsible for administrative managing of the Muslim worship and intends to play the role of a mediator between the state and Muslim communities in Belgium.
The state recognized the Islamic religion formally in 1968 as a precedent in the history of the European countries dealing with the Islamic presence in Europe.
In 1975, Belgium agreed upon teaching the lessons of Islamic religion within school programs for the students of the Islamic community of which the responsibilities and significance of the Islamic center in Brussels have increased.
In fact, there are about 300 mosques and worshipping places distributed all over Belgium. The Islamic religion witnesses increasing interest in adopting Islam from the Belgian people and the wide sectors of Europeans who live in Belgium. A great deal of people of these countries adopts Islam to join the nation of the Prophet (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam).

كلمة الحج تعني الرحلة إلى الأراضي المقدسة، وتعد مكه أكثر البلاد الإسلامية تقديساً. ويعد الحج من العبادات الأكثر أهمية في الإسلام. وقد فرض الحج على كل مسلم حر قادر مرة واحدة. وتكرار الحج بعد المرة الأولى يعتبر سنة. فالحج هو الذهاب إلى مكه لأداء شعائر محددة في اوقات وأماكن معينة. الحج واجب ديني مشار إليه في القرآن فٌرض على المسلم البالغ القادر مالياً وجسدياً على تحمل مشقة الحج مرة واحدة في حياته.
قال تعالى: "ولله على الناس حج البيت من استطاع إليه سبيلا".
ويستطيع المسلم أداء مناسك الحج في الإسبوع الأول والثاني من شهر ذي الحجة. أثناء الرحلة إلى الأراضي المقدسة، يدخل الحاج قبل الوصول إلى مكه حالة النقاء الشعائري بطهارة الجسد ولبس الرداء الأبيض الخاص بالإحرام. بعد الوصول إلى مكه يبدأ الحاج في أداء مجموعة من المناسك بعضها منفرداً والبعض الآخر في جماعة مع باقي الحجاج.
فالحج هو الفريضة الخامسة من فرائض الإسلام، والركن الذي يجمع خصائص الأركان كلها ، فهو يجتمع مع الصلاة في الإعراض عن الدنيا والترفع عن اللغو، والصلة الدائمة بالله عز جل..ويشارك الصيام في الخشية والتقوى والمساواة، ويأخذ من الزكاة البذل والتضحية والإنفاق، فهو إذن عبادة روحية وجسمية ومالية، وهو فوق هذا مؤتمر عام، ومعسكر سنوي ، ورياضة روحية.. هو مؤتمر عام لأن جميع طبقات المسلمين ممثلة فيه ، بعد أن تزال الفوارق بين هذه الطبقات، حيث المساواة في الزي والمسكن والمناخ والتقارب في المطعم والمشرب.وهو معسكر سنوي لأنه يعلم المسلمين الجندية الصادقة ، فالحج يعلم المسلمين طاعة القيادة وخفة الحركة وإقامة المخيمات والانتقال بها من مكان إلى مكان في ساعات معدودات، ومنه يتعلمون الصبر على المشقات.وهو رياضة روحية لأنه يطلق الروح ويكبل الجسد ويكبح الشهوة ويحرم كثيراً مما كان حلالاً قبل الإحرام للإنسان.
وقال صلى الله عليه وسلم: " بُني الإسلام على خمس: شهادة أن لا إله إلا الله وأن محمدًا رسول الله، وإقام الصلاة، وإيتاء الزكاة، وصوم رمضان، وحج البيت لمن استطاع إليه سبيلاً".
وقد دلَّ القرآن على إيجاب الحج، وعلى أنه في أشهر معلومات، وأجمل بعض أحكامه، وأما تفاصيل أحكامه، وكيفية أداء مناسكه، وما يشترط لصحته فقد هدى إليها رسول الله بأقواله وأفعاله في حجة الوداع التي حجّها مع المسلمين في السنة العاشرة للهجرة، وقال للمسلمين: "خذوا عني مناسككم" ، وقد رأيت الحجاج يعنون أتم العناية بالوقوف على أحكام الحج وكيفية أداء مناسكه، ويتساءلون عما يحظر على المحرم وعما يباح له. للحج خاصية مميزة لا تحققها العبادات الأخرى وهي أنه يمحو كل الذنوب سواء كانت عديدة أو صغيرة.
قال صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ حَجَّ فَلَمْ يَرْفُثْ وَلَمْ يَفْسُقْ خَرَجَ مِنْ ذُنُوبِهِ كَيَوْمَ وَلَدَتْهُ أُمُّه."
نظراً لهذه الميزة، فإن نية الحاج يجب أن تكون خالصة لله تعالى ويكون المال المخصص للحج حلالاً ، وأن يتجنب الحاج ارتكاب الذنوب مثل الرفث والفسوق.

The term hajj means "voyage to a sacred place," and Mecca is considered the most sacred place of Islamic cities. Hajj is among the most important matters of Islam. Hajj is going to Mecca to perform certain rites in certain places and times. As a religious duty noted in the Qura'an and the fifth of the Five Pillars of Islam, all healthy adult men and women, who are financially able, must perform the hajj at least once in their lifetime. .
Allah, the Most Exalted, said: " And due to Allāh from the people is a pilgrimage to the House- for whoever is able to find thereto a way." (Āli 'Imrān, 3:97).
People can only carry out Hajj during the first two weeks of the Islamic month of Dhu al-Hijja. During the journey, a pilgrim must enter a state of ritual purity before reaching Mecca by performing ritual bathing and wearing the ihram, a white seamless shroud. After reaching Mecca, the pilgrim carries out a set of rites, some individually and some collectively.
Hajj is the fifth pillar of Islam and includes the characteristics of all the pillars. Hajj shares prayer in rejection of life, continual relation with Allāh, the Most Exalted, and evading ill speech. It shares fasting in piety, equality and fearing of Allāh. It shares Zakāh in granting, spending and sacrifice. Thus, Hajj is a financial, physical and spiritual worship. In addition, it is a public conference, annual camp and spiritual sport. It is a public conference because it represents all Muslim classes where equality in clothes, residence, weather and mutual approach in eating and drinking are present. Hajj is also an annual camp as it teaches Muslims true military life regarding obedience, agility, encampment, patience and movement from a place to another in certain times. Hajj is a spiritual sport because it frees spirit, hampers body, restrains desire and prohibits what was permissible for people before ritual consecration.
The Prophet (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam) said: “Islam is based on five pillars:
1. To testify that none has the right to be worshipped but Allāh and Muhammad is Allāh's Messenger.
2. To offer the (compulsory congregational) prayers dutifully and perfectly.
3. To pay Zakāh (i.e. obligatory charity).
4. To observe fast during the month of Ramadan.
5. To perform Hajj. (I.e. Pilgrimage to Mecca).
The glorious Qura'an indicates the obligation of Hajj and its certain time and concludes some of its rites. The Sunnah of the prophet (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam) clarifies the ways, details and conditions of performing the rituals. The actions and sayings of the Prophet (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam) guides Muslims to perform Hajj during the last Hajj (Hajj-al-Wada') in the tenth year of Hijrah. He told Muslims," Take your rites from me." Hajjis adhere intensely to the ways and rules of performing Hajj. They also inquire about the permissions and prohibitions, which a Hajji makes.
Hajj has a special merit that other acts of obedience do not have, in that it clears one of all sins, enormous and small.
The Prophet (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam) said" Whoever performs Hajj for Allāh's pleasure and does not have sexual relations with his wife, and does not do evil or sins then he will return (after Hajj free from all sins) as if he were born anew."
Therefore, the intentions of the hajji must be sincere and the money for Hajj must be lawful as well. Hajji must avoid having sexual relations with his wife or doing evil sins.

Source text - Arabic في كتاب الله تعالى إشارات رائعة إلى كثير من الاكتشافات ولكن بشرط أن نحسن التدبر والتفكر في كلام الله عز وجل، فقد سخَّر الله لنا الكثير من الأشياء من حولنا لتقدم لنا خدمات مجانية دون مقابل، مثل الشمس التي تقدم الحرارة والضوء وحديثاً تم الاستفادة من الشمس في توليد الطاقة الكهربائية.كذلك فقد سخر الله لنا البحر لنبتغي من فضله، وقد تبيّن وجود كميات لا نهائية من الطاقة المجانية في هذا البحر.
من أين تأتي الأمواج
عندما ننظر إلى الكرة الأرضية من الخارج نلاحظ أن هنالك تغيرات في الضغط والكثافة من نقطة لأخرى على سطح الأرض. وهذا ينتج بسبب اختلاف درجات الحرارة، وهذه الاختلافات تؤدي إلى تولد الرياح. وهذا يؤدي إلى حركة الماء على سطح البحار وتشكل الأمواج، والتي تتحرك باتجاه الشاطئ، وميزة هذه الأمواج أنها تحمل كميات من الطاقة الحركية وتحتفظ بها طيلة رحلتها من وسط البحر وحتى الشاطئ.
طاقة تيارات المحيط
إذا ما نزلنا تحت سطح البحر ، فإننا نرى عالماً يعجّ بالحركة والأمواج والتيارات، وهنالك تيارات حتى في أعمق نقطة من البحر! وهذا ما دعى العلماء لمحاولة الاستفادة من هذه الأمواج .وتتم الاستفادة من هذه الطاقة المجانية والنظيفة من خلال وحدات توضع تحت سطح البحر، وهي عبارة عن توربينات توضع على أعماق مختلفة تحت سطح البحر، وتدور بسبب التيارات المتولدة تحت سطح الماء. وتتميز هذه التوربينات بصغر حجمها مقارنة بالتوربينات الهوائية، وذلك بسبب أن كثافة الماء أكبر ب 835 مرة من كثافة الهواء.
وهنا لا بد من الإشارة إلى أن القرآن سبق العلماء للحديث عن التيارات العميقة في البحار، وسمّاها بالأمواج فقال: (أَوْ كَظُلُمَاتٍ فِي بَحْرٍ لُجِّيٍّ يَغْشَاهُ مَوْجٌ مِنْ فَوْقِهِ مَوْجٌ مِنْ فَوْقِهِ سَحَابٌ ظُلُمَاتٌ بَعْضُهَا فَوْقَ بَعْضٍ) [النور: 40]. فالبحر اللجي هو العميق، وفيه موج داخلي من فوقه موج على السطح من فوقه سحاب.
الطاقة الزرقاء
وهي الطاقة المتولدة في مصب النهر في البحر، حيث تتدفق كميات كبيرة من المياه العذبة في مياه البحر المالحة، ويمكن الاستفادة من هذه الطاقة في توليد الكهرباء ، وهذه نعمة من نعم الله علينا القائل: (وَسَخَّرَ لَكُمُ الْأَنْهَارَ) [إبراهيم:32].
وفي هذه الآية الكريمة نرى إشارة قرآنية إلى تسخير الله تعالى للبحر لنبتغي من فضله، يقول تعالى: (اللَّهُ الَّذِي سَخَّرَ لَكُمُ الْبَحْرَ لِتَجْرِيَ الْفُلْكُ فِيهِ بِأَمْرِهِ وَلِتَبْتَغُوا مِنْ فَضْلِهِ وَلَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ) [الجاثية: 12]. وهنا نلاحظ أن الله تعالى قد جعل البحر مسخّراً لنا لنستفيد منه، وكما رأينا كيف يحاول العلماء اليوم الاستفادة من طاقة أمواج البحر وطاقة حرارة البحر وطاقة الأمواج والتيارات الداخلية للبحر في توليد الطاقة الكهربائية أيضاً.
طاقة الأمواج الداخلية
يتم الاستفادة اليوم في بريطانيا من التيارات تحت سطح البحر والناتجة عن أمواج المدّ. ويعتبر هذا المصدر للطاقة المتجددة من المصادر النظيفة والآمنة. وتستخدم التقنية مراوح أو توربينات تثبت تحت سطح البحر وتدور بسبب تيارات المد، وبالتالي تتحول فيها الطاقة الميكانيكية التي تولدها الأمواج إلى طاقة كهربائية يمكن الاستفادة منها.
إن المدّ الذي يمارسه القمر على ماء البحر هو نعمة مجانية من الله تعالى القائل: (اللَّهُ الَّذِي خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ وَأَنْزَلَ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً فَأَخْرَجَ بِهِ مِنَ الثَّمَرَاتِ رِزْقًا لَكُمْ وَسَخَّرَ لَكُمُ الْفُلْكَ لِتَجْرِيَ فِي الْبَحْرِ بِأَمْرِهِ وَسَخَّرَ لَكُمُ الْأَنْهَارَ * وَسَخَّرَ لَكُمُ الشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ دَائِبَيْنِ وَسَخَّرَ لَكُمُ اللَّيْلَ وَالنَّهَارَ * وَآَتَاكُمْ مِنْ كُلِّ مَا سَأَلْتُمُوهُ وَإِنْ تَعُدُّوا نِعْمَةَ اللَّهِ لَا تُحْصُوهَا إِنَّ الْإِنْسَانَ لَظَلُومٌ كَفَّارٌ) [إبراهيم: 32-34].
إنها آيات عظيمة تذكرنا بنعمة الله علينا، وما نعمة المد والجزر إلا عطاء من الله لعباده ليشكروه على ما وهبهم من دون تعب أو جهد. يحاول العلماء اليوم الاستفادة من الطاقة الكبيرة والمجانية والتي سخرها الله في أمواج البحر ، يقول تعالى: (وَهُوَ الَّذِي سَخَّرَ الْبَحْرَ لِتَأْكُلُوا مِنْهُ لَحْمًا طَرِيًّا وَتَسْتَخْرِجُوا مِنْهُ حِلْيَةً تَلْبَسُونَهَا وَتَرَى الْفُلْكَ مَوَاخِرَ فِيهِ وَلِتَبْتَغُوا مِنْ فَضْلِهِ وَلَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ) [النحل: 14].
Translation - English The Power of Sea Waves

The Glorious Qura'an includes several signs of many discoveries as long as one ponders seriously in the meanings of the words of Allāh, the Most Exalted, Who has subjected many things around us to offer free services like the sun, the sea, etc.
The sun offers light, heat and recently electrical power. Allāh has subjected the sea to seek of His bounty. Scientists reveal that there are infinite powers in the sea.
Where do the waves come?
Regarding the earth externally, there are changes in pressure and density on the surface of the earth. This matter results from temperature difference, which leads to wind generation. These processes lead to water movement on seas surface and form waves that move towards the shore. The characteristic of these waves is that they carry quantities of dynamic energy from the middle of the sea to the shore.
Power of Ocean Currents
Descending under sea surface, we see a world full of motion, waves and currents. This matter leads the scientists to benefit from these waves. Benefiting from this free and clean power is done according to units put under water surface. These units are turbines set on different deeps and worked because of generating currents under sea surface. These turbines are characterized by their small size compared to air turbines because water density is 835 times bigger than air density.
The Glorious Qura'an has preceded the scientists in talking about deep currents in the seas.
Allāh, the Most Exalted, has said," Or they are like darknesses within an unfathomable sea which is covered by waves, upon which are waves, over which are clouds- darknesses, some of them upon others." (an-Nūr, 24:40).
The unfathomable sea is the deep sea and has internal waves, upon which are waves on the surface, over which are clouds.
Blue Power
The blue power is the generated power in river mouth in the sea, where large amounts of fresh water flow in the saline seawater. This power is used in generating electricity, which is a gift of Allāh's graces. Allāh, the Most Exalted, has said:" and subjected for you the rivers." (Ibrāheem, 14:32).
Allāh, the Most Exalted, has said:" It is Allah who subjected to you the sea so that ships may sail upon it by His command and that you seek of His bounty; and perhaps you will be grateful." (al-Jāthiyah, 45:12). In the previous āyah, there is an indication of subjecting the sea to seek His bounty. Scientists always try to benefit from the power of sea waves, sea heat, waves and internal currents of the sea in generating electrical power.
The Power of Internal Waves
Today, Britain benefits from undersea currents resulting from tide waves. This source of renewed energy is regarded from the safe and clean sources. This mechanism uses fans or turbines set undersea and run because of tide currents. Thus, this process turns mechanical energy generated from the waves into electrical power.
The tide is a free grace from Allāh, the Most Exalted, Who says,:" It is Allāh who created the heavens and the earth and sent down rain from the sky and produced thereby some fruits as provision for you and subjected for you the ships to sail through the sea by His command and subjected for you the rivers (32) And He subjected for you the sun and the moon, continuous and subjected for you the night and the day (33) And He gave you from all you asked of Him. Moreover, if you should count the favor of Allāh, you could not enumerate them. Indeed, mankind is most unjust and ungrateful (34)." (Ibrāheem, 14:32-34).
Verily, these great āyahs remind us of the graces of Allāh, the Most Exalted. The grace of ebb and tide is only a gift from Allāh to His humankind to be grateful. Scientists try to benefit from the great and free power of sea waves subjected by Allāh, Who says," And it is Who subjected the sea for you to eat from it tender meat and to extract from it ornaments which you wear. And you see the ships plowing through it, and that you may seek of His bounty; and perhaps you will be grateful." (an-Nahl, 16:14).

Source text - Arabic تقع المدينة المنورة في منطقة الحجاز في غرب المملكة العربية السعودية على بعد حوال 160 كم من البحر الأحمر وتبعد 275 ميل عن مدينة مكه. ويقطنها المسلمين السنة وتعد المدينة الأشهر في السعودية. مدينة الرسول عليه الصلاة والسلام هي حقاً دار الإيمان كما قال (صلى الله عليه وسلم)"إن الإيمان ليأرز إلى المدينة كما تأرز الحية إلى جحرها"، وأحب البقاع إلى الله عز وجل.. لا يدخلها الدجال والطاعون.. وهى آخر الدنيا خرابا.. يشتاق كل مسلم إلى زيارتها.. وهى العاصمة الإسلامية الأولى.. منها شع النور وانتشر حتى بلغ أرجاء المعمورة منذ أن هاجر إليها المصطفى صلى الله عليه وسلم.. ومن المدينة المنورة حكمت الأرض كلها.. فشهدت الدنيا أعدل الخلفاء.. وبها قبر رسول الله محمد (صلى الله عليه وسلم) حرمها رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم كما حرم سيدنا إبراهيم مكة المكرمة فقال عليه الصلاة والسلام "إن إبراهيم حرم مكة، ودعا لأهلها , وإني حرمت المدينة كما حرم إبراهيم مكة..وإني دعوت في صاعها ومدها بمثلي ما دعا إبراهيم لأهل مكة" فهي حرم. وللمدينة المنورة شخصية جغرافية متميزة عن سائر مدن العالم، ومن الطبيعي أن تجذب المدينة المنورة انتباه العالم الجغرافي بما يميزها من تفرد، بين نظيراتها في العالم الإسلامي بصفة عامة والمملكة العربية السعودية بصفة خاصـة..
فهي درة العالم الإسلامي، اختارها الله تعالى لتكون مُهاجَر الرسول (صلى الله عليه وسلم) حيث أمره الله بالهجرة إليها كما قال عليه السلام (أمرت بقرية تأكل القرى، يقولون يثرب وهى المدينة..) فكانت المدينة المنورة قبل هجرة الرسول عليه الصلاة والسلام تعرف(بيثرب) وقد ورد اسمها بهذه التسمية في القرآن الكريم في قوله تعالى "وإذا قالت طائفة منهم يا أهل يثرب لا مقام لكم فارجعوا" وكانت يثرب من بين مدن الحجاز المتحضرة..
كانت هجرة الرسول (صلى الله عليه وسلم) من مكة المكرمة إلى المدينة المنورة علاجاً مؤقتاً بسب الإيذاء الذي تعرض له المسلمون في مكة المكرمة، واستلزمت الهجرة أن يتحول الرسول ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ من داعية لدين الله إلى داعية ومنظم سياسي، فقد كانت المدينة المنورة أحزاباً كثيرة منهم المهاجرون والأنصار واليهود، وكان على الرسول ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ أن يجانس بين هذه الأحزاب.
وتحمل المدينة المنورة فوق أرضها قبر سيد الخلق محمد بن عبد الله رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وسلم) وأطهر وأفضل المساجد فوق الأرض بعد المسجد الحرام وهو المسجد النبوي الشريف. ونظراً لكون المدينة منطقة دينية مقدسة، فلا يسمح بدخولها إلا للمسلمين. بالرغم من ذلك، فالأجانب يستطيعون مشاهدة المدينة من خلال مكان الهبوط بالمطار الذي يقع خارج الحدود الدينية المقدسة للمدينة.
Translation - English Al-Madinah al-Munawwarah (“The Luminous City”)

This city is located in the Hejaz region of western Saudi Arabia, about 160 km inland from the Red sea and 275 miles from Mecca by road. The residents of Medina are Arabic-speaking Muslims, most of whom belong to the Sunnah branch of Islam. In fact, the town of the Prophet (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam) is faith land as the prophet (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam) said," Verily, Belief returns and goes back to Medina as a snake returns and goes back to its hole (when in danger)." Medina is one of the closest lands to Allāh, the Most Exalted, and neither plague nor Ad-Dajjal (Antichrist) will be able to penetrate into it. Medina is the last places in the world to be ruined. Each Muslim yearns to visit it. It is the first Islamic capital, from which the light spreads all over the whole earth since the Hijrah of the Prophet (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam) from Mecca to Medina. The world has witnessed the most righteous caliphs who reigned the whole earth from Medina. The Prophet's (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam) grave lies there.
The Prophet (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam) has made Medina a sanctuary as Ibrahim (alayhe sallam) has made Mecca a sanctuary. The Prophet said," Ibrahim has made Mecca a sanctuary and prayed for its people and I have made Medina a sanctuary as Ibrahim did." The Prophet (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam) said, "O Allah! Give blessings in its Sa‘ and Mudd (measures symbolizing food) and bestow on Medina twice the blessings You bestowed on Mecca."
Verily, Medina has more distinct geographical character than the other towns of the world. For its distinguished uniqueness among its equals in the Islamic world generally and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia specially, Medina attracts the attention of the geographical world.
Medina is the pearl of the Islamic world, chosen by Allāh, the Most Exalted, to be the place of emigration of the Prophet as Allāh, the Most Exalted, ordered him to migrate from Mecca to Medina. The Prophet said," I was ordered to migrate to a town which will swallow (conquer) other towns and is called Yathrib and that is Medina." Arabs called Medina Yathrib before the Prophet's Hijrah. The Glorious Qura'an mentions that name. Allāh, the Most Exalted, says:" and when a faction of them said, " O people of Yathrib, there is no stability for you here, so return home." (al-ahzab, 33:13).Yathrib (Medina) was from the civilized towns in Hejaz.
The Hijrah of the Prophet (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam) from Mecca to Medina was a temporary remedy due to the torture that Muslims suffered from in Mecca. That migration required the Prophet (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam) not only to be a caller for Islam but a governing politician. There were many parts of Emigrants, Ansar (helpers in Medina) and Jews. The Prophet (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam) had to bring them together.
Medina has the Prophet's Grave and Mosque; one of the most pure mosques in the earth excepting Al-Masjid-AI-Haram (the Sacred Mosque of Mecca). Because Medina is a sacred area, only Muslims are permitted to enter. The airport, however, lies just outside the sacred limits, and foreigners there can obtain a good view of the city from aircraft landing.

يدعي الغرب اليوم أنه أول من دعى للبحث الطبي، ولكن هل هذه المقولة صحيحة؟ لنقرأ هذه المقالة ونتأمل...
الحمد الله الذي بعث لنا هذا النبي الكريم ليعلمنا الكتاب والحكمة، صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وصحبه وسلم. فالأحاديث الشريفة هي المصدر الثاني للتشريع بعد القرآن الكريم. وقد يدعي البعض أنه لا حاجة لهذه الأحاديث ما دام القرآن موجوداً!!
وقد يدعي آخرون انه لا يمكن معرفة الحديث الصحيح من الحديث الموضوع، لذلك نجد بعض هؤلاء المبطلين ينكرون أحاديث المصطفى عليه الصلاة والسلام. ولكن الله تعالى قال عن حبيبه ونبيه محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم: (وما ينطق عن الهوى * إن هو إلا وحي يوحى) [ النجم: 3 ـ 4]. لذلك ومن حكمة البارئ جل وعلا أنه ألهم رسوله عليه الصلاة والسلام أن يتحدث بأحاديث علمية ليأتي البشر بعد أربعة عشر قرناً ويكتشفوا هذه الحقائق!
إذن ونحن نعيش العصر المادي في الألفية الثالثة تأتي أحاديث الرسول الكريم صلى الله عليه وسلم لتخاطب العلماء كل حسب اختصاصه، وتثبت لهم أن كل كلمة نطق بها هذا النبي الخاتم عليه الصلاة والسلام هي حق من عند الله تعالى.
لقد كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أول رجل في التاريخ دعا إلى البحث العلمي الطبي من خلال أحاديث كثيرة أرسى من خلالها أهم الأسس للطب الحديث. يقول رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: (ما أنزل الله داء إلا أنزل له شفاءً) [رواه البخاري]. هذا الحديث العظيم يؤكد وجود الشفاء لمختلف أنواع المرض، وهذا يعني أن الإنسان إذا بحث عن العلاج سيجده. وفي حديث آخر يؤكد الرسول الكريم صلى الله عليه وسلم على ضرورة علم الطب وتعلمه والبحث عن الدواء، فقال: (ما انزل الله عز وجل داءً إلا أنزل له دواء علمه من علمه وجهله من جهله) [رواه أحمد]. فهذا الحديث يحث على البحث في الطب: (علمه من علمه). ويؤكد أن الدواء موجود ولكن يحتاج لمن يبحث عنه ويجتهد في طلبه واكتشافه.
وفي حديث آخر يعلمنا الرسول الكريم عليه الصلاة والسلام كيف نبحث عن الدواء المناسب لكل داء، أي هنالك نظام طبي لعلاج الأمراض، يقول صلى الله عليه وسلم: (لكل داء دواء فإذا أصيب دواء الداء برأ بإذن الله تعالى) [رواه مسلم]. وهنالك أحاديث وأحاديث أكثر من أن تُحصى جميعها تتفق مع معطيات الطب الحديث وهذا دليل على أنه لا تناقض بين الحقائق الطبية اليقينية وبين أحاديث سيدنا رسول الله عليه وعلى آله الصلاة والسلام.
من الأشياء المثيرة عن عالم الذباب والتي سبق أن تحدثت عنها الأحاديث النبوية، أن العلماء اكتشفوا مادة مطهرة على جناح الذباب! وهذه ليست خيالاً علمياً بل حقيقة علمية. فقد تأكد العلماء قبل سنوات قليلة من وجود مادة تستطيع التهام البكتريا الضارة، وهذه المادة موجودة في جسم الذباب.
ولا نعجب إذا علمنا بأن هذه الحقيقة العلمية قد تحدث عنها بالتمام والكمال سيدنا محمد صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم، فقال في الحديث الصحيح: (إذا وقع الذباب في شراب أحدكم فليغمسه ثم لينزعه، فإن في أحد جناحيه داء في الآخر شفاء) [رواه البخاري].
وبعد ذلك تبين أن هذه المادة ما هي إلا فيروس صغير جداً يتكاثر بكميات كبيرة على جسم الذباب، وقد ساهم هذا الفيروس في القضاء على وباء الكوليرا الذي اجتاح الهند في بداية القرن العشرين. حتى إن بعض العلماء استخرجوا مضاداً حيوياً من الذباب واستخدموه في القضاء على بعض أنواع الجراثيم.

Allāh, the Most Exalted, has sent the Prophet (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam) to teach us Qura'an and Sunnah. The hadiths of the Prophet (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam) are the second source of legislation besides the first source, the Glorious Qura'an. Some people may claim that there is no need of these hadiths as long as Qura'an exists.
Other people may claim that they cannot recognize the sahih (sound) from mawdu' (invented) hadiths, therefore some revoking persons deny the hadiths of the Prophet (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam). However, Allāh, the Most Exalted, has said about Muhammad (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam)," Nor does he speak from his own inclination (3) It is not but a revelation revealed." (an-Najm, 53:3-4). Consequently, Allāh, the Most Exalted, has inspired the Prophet to speak of scientific hadiths so that people discover these facts after fourteen centuries.
Living in this material age, the hadiths of the Prophet (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam) deal with the scientists according to their own majors and affirms that the words of the Prophet (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam) are truth revealed from Allāh, the Most Exalted.
The Prophet (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam) was the first person in history who called for medical research through several hadiths which settled the important fundamentals of modern medicine. The Prophet (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam) said," There is no disease that Allāh has created, except that He also has created its treatment." (Al-Bukhari). This hadith verifies the existence of treatment for all diseases. In other words, every person would find the treatment only if he seeks that. In another hadith, the Prophet (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam) affirms the necessity of studying medicine and searching for treatment. He said," There is no disease, which Allah has created, except that He also has created its medication. Some of us stored that at our minds and some forgot it." (Ahmad). This hadith urges people to seek knowledge in medicine and confirms that medication is existent for who searches and strives in its demand and discovery.
In another hadith, the Prophet (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam) teaches us how to find the suitable medication of the disease i.e. there is a medical system for curing diseases. He said," There is a remedy for every malady, and when the remedy is applied to the disease, it is cured with the permission of Allāh, the Most Glorious." (Muslim)
Verily there are infinite hadiths, which matches the facts of modern medicine. This matter is a proof that there is no contrast between definite medical facts and the hadiths of the Prophet (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam).
Scientists discover a fact that has been verifies by the Prophet (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam). They discovered a disinfectant substance on the wings of flies. Scientists assured the existence of a substance that could devour harmful bacteria and this substance is found in flies' body.
The Prophet (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam) has already talked about this scientific fact. He said," If a house fly falls in the drink of anyone of you, he should dip it (in the drink), for one of its wings has a disease and the other has the cure for the disease." (Al Bukhari)
Scientists realized that this substance is very tiny virus, which multiplies with large amounts on the body of flies. This virus has contributed to eliminate the disease of cholera in India in the beginning of the twentieth century. Moreover, some scientists derived an antibiotic from the flies to put an end to some kinds of germs.

مجلة «العالمية» حاورت رئيس الجمعية د. سامي نجيب للتعرف على دور الجمعية في الحفاظ على اللغة العربية، والتصدي لمحاولات النيل منها فكان هذا الحوار:
* لو عدنا إلى الوراء قليلاً متى وكيف أسست الجمعية وما أهدافها الرئيسية؟
تأسست جمعية لسان العرب لرعاية اللغة العربية في عام 1992م، ولم يكن تأسيس الجمعية وخروجها إلى الوجود أمراً هيناً. وقد استند فكر التأسيس لهذه الجمعية إلى رؤية إستراتيجية بعيدة المدى، جاءت نتيجة دراسة واعية لواقع الأمة العربية، وموقع هذه الأمة ومستقبلها، حيث تستند كل أمة إلى مدى ازدهار ونضج لغتها، وربما أثبتت اللغة العربية ازدهاراً ونضجاً لم تتبع بها لغة أخرى، وذلك بفضل الرعاية والتطوير والمتابعة المستمرة، وقد أثبت رصد واقع اللغة العربية في الربع الأخير من القرن العشرين حاجتها لاستيعاب أغراض الحياة العلمية والعملية والإبداعية. من هنا كان مولد المجامع اللغوية العربية خلال القرن الماضي، إلا أن نشأة هذه المجامع كانت حكومية، وجاءت موازية لظهور الجامعات.
وتعتبر جمعية لسان العرب هي أول جمعية أهلية في مصر لرعاية اللغة العربية وقد ضمت تحت لوائها المتخصصين في اللغة العربية والعاشقين لها من علماء وأساتذة ومفكرين من كافة التخصصات في كل أنشطة الحياة، ومن رجال غيورين على لغتهم وهويتهم العربية، الذين لا يألون جهداً في الذود عنها ضد أية تيارات دخيلة ومناهضة لهذا اللسان العربي المبين، الناطق بلغة القرآن الكريم.
نشاطات متعددة :
* وماذا عن أنشطة الجمعية وعلاقاتها بالمؤسسات العربية والدولية؟
- تعددت أنشطة جمعية لسان العرب، وتنوعت أوجه اهتماماتها في المجالات الأدبية والمحلية ساعية في ذلك رعاية اللغة العربية. ولقد تضمنت هذه الأنشطة العمل على عقد المؤتمرات والندوات المتعلقة بتنشيط اللغة خاصة بين شباب الجامعات والمدرس. كذلك المشاركة في المؤتمرات والندوات المحلية والإقليمية والدولية التي تعقد في شأن اللغة العربية في الداخل والخارج باعتبارها لغة حضارة، وإحدى اللغات الستة المعترف بها من قبل هيئة الأمم المتحدة ومؤسساتها الدولية التابعة لها.
ونذكر في هذا الصدد تكليف منظمة اليونسكو جمعية لسان العرب الاحتفال باليوم العالمي للغة الأم، حيث تنظم الجمعية احتفالاتها بين طلاب المدارس فتقام الندوات وتجرى المسابقات، فيتم توزيع شهادات التقدير والجوائز على المتسابقين من الطلبة وهيئات التدريس.
أيضاً تساهم الجمعية في إنشاء مؤسسات تعليمية نموذجية تدرس اللغة العربية بأسلوب عصري، إضافة إلى حث الأعضاء على عمل بحوث في مجال محو الأمية، والمساهمة في تكوين كوادر مدربة للعطاء في هذا المجال الحيوي العام.
صعوبات ومعوقات :
* أعداء اللغة العربية كثيرون وتحدياتها عظيمة كيف استطاعت الجمعية أن تسلك طريقها في ظل هذه الصعوبات؟
- منذ مولد جمعية لسان العرب عام 1992 وإقامة أول مؤتمر سنوي لها عام 1994 والجميع يمد لها يد العون والمساعدة ويقف بجانبها حبا للغة ورغبة في مواصلة مسيرة الجمعية. ولا شك أن هناك الكثير والكثير من الشخصيات في المجالات المختلفة التي أعطت ومازالت تعطي للجمعية قدر استطاعتها من أجل مواصلة المسيرة.
أما المؤسسات العربية ودورها لتشجيع الجمعية فتتقدمهم جامعة الدول العربية التي احتضنت جميع مؤتمرات الجمعية السنوية العشر.
أجندة مستقبلية :
* وماذا عن خططكم المستقبلية؟
- لقد تم الاتفاق من حيث المبدأ على عقد مؤتمر عربي هام خلال الفترة المقبلة تكون أولى مهامه كيفية تطبيق توصيات ونتائج المؤتمرات السابقة على أرض الواقع وإلزام الوزراء العرب في مجالات التعليم والثقافة والإعلام بالعمل على تفعيل هذه القرارات والأخذ بها عملياً.
هذا المؤتمر هو الأول من نوعه الذي تسعى لإقامته جمعية لسان العرب تحت رعاية جامعة الدول العربية، ولقد تم تشكيل وفد من الجمعية قام بزيارة عمل للعديد من العواصم العربية والتقى برؤساء المجامع اللغوية لشرح أهداف هذا المؤتمر ودورهم في الاتصال بوزراء التعليم والثقافة والإعلام في بلدانهم والتأكيد على أهمية مشاركتهم في هذا المؤتمر من اجل إضفاء طابع الإلزام والعمل على تطبيق القرارات التي ستصدر عن المؤتمرين.
سوف نعمل في هذا المؤتمر على توحيد منهجيات اللغة العربية والوصول للأسلوب الأمثل لتطبيقها بالدول العربية. الوفد وجد الاستجابة من المسؤولين في الدول العربية، والرعاية من جامعة الدول العربية.
إننا ندرك أن الله سبحانه وتعالي قد حفظ هذه اللغة التي انزل بها القرآن الكريم مصداقاً لقوله تعالى «إنا نحن نزلنا الذكر وإنا له لحافظون» .
وهنا يجب تفعيل دور الجمعيات الأهلية، وتنشيط دور مجامع اللغة العربية والتزام المسؤولين العرب بتوصيات المؤتمرات وتحويلها إلى واقع ملموس يحمي اللغة وينهض بناطقيها.

"Al 'Alamiya Magazine" talked to Sami Naguib, Chief of the association of Arab Tongue to recognize the role of the Association in protecting Arabic language and facing the trials of degrading it.
* How was the Association established? What are its aims?
- The association of Arab Tongue was established in 1992 to protect the Arabic language. Establishing this association leaned on strategic vision due to conscious study of the reality and future of the Arab Ummah because every nation relies on the prosperity and development of its language. The Arabic language proved prosperity that was not perceived in any other language by virtue of protection, development and continual observation. The reality of Arabic language in the last quarter of twentieth century proved its need of acquiring the aims of practical, scientific and creative life leading to the birth of Arabic Language academies. However, the rise of these academies was governmental and paralleled to the rise of universities.
The Association of Arab Tongue is the first national association in Egypt for language protection. This Association joins specialists and fans of Arabic language including scholars, lecturers and intellectuals from all specializations. It also includes many people who are much interested in their Arabic language and identity and exert their utmost efforts in defending the language against any adventitious and opposed attitudes to the Arabic tongue.
* What about the activities of the Association and its relation with other International and Arabic institutions?
- The activities of the Association have varied and joined the local and literary fields seeking to protect the Arabic language. These activities have included holding conferences and seminars related to activating the language between the youth of universities and schools, also participating in local and international conferences and seminars held for Arabic language as a civilization language and one of the six languages recognized by the United Nations Organization.
In addition, the UNESCO entrusted the Association of Arab Tongue with celebrating the Universal Day of Mother Tongue regarding organizing festivals between schools' students. In these celebrations, the seminars and competitions are held and prizes are gifted for students and teaching members.
The Association contributes to set standard educational institutions for teaching Arabic language besides urging the members for making researches in the field of eliminating illiteracy and contributing to form trained cadres for granting in this general and vital domain.
* How does the Association work in spite of the enemies of Arabic Language and its great challenges?
- Since the rise of the Association in 1992 and the first annual conference in 1994, all types of people have supported the Association to continue its progress and donation. No doubt, many people from the different fields of life have offered support for the Association to complete its continual progress.
As for the Arab institutions, the League of Arab States preceded the other institutions in adopting all the annual conferences held by the Association.
* What are your future plans?
- The members of Association have agreed upon holding an important Arabic conference to apply the recommendations and results of the previous conferences and oblige the Arab Ministers of Education, Culture and Information to activate these resolutions practically.
This conference is regarded the first to be held under the wing of the League of Arab States. The Association has formed a delegation for visiting the Arab capitals to meet the Presidents of Arab Academies to clarify the aims of the conference and their role in communicating the Ministers of Education, Culture and Information. This visit also confirms the importance of their participation to give the conference the stamp of obligation and working on fulfilling the resolutions issued from the members.
This conference will seek for uniting the methodology of Arabic Language and achieving the ideal method for applying these resolutions. The delegation has attained response from the officials in the Arab countries and the auspice of the League of Arab States.
We realize that Allāh, the Most Exalted, has protected this language, which is the language of the Glorious Qur'an. He says," We revealed the Qur'an and verily, We will protect it."
Therefore, the role of national associations and Arabic language academies must be promoted and activated. The Arab officials should adhere to the conferences recommendations to change them to a perceivable reality, which protects the language and promotes its speakers.
