The following documents were not found among the records:

o Schedule of Works providing evidence of contracting involved in the construction;
o Building Specifications and estimated metric Measurements for all the municipal components (buildings constructed and foundations laid as part of the construction);
- While there are copies of the DWG files in the records, these correspond to an updated version of the building plans.
o The version in the records differs considerably from the authorised plans in the Building Permit dated 10th October 2007, with variants in perspective drawings, roofing, interior distribution of the rooms, structural work, without any modifications to the official plans;
o The existing version is stated be the object of a request to vary the Building Permit dated 10th Oct 2007, but it is is not specified when such a request was made.
