وقال الخبير مجيبا عن سؤال موجه إليه عما إذا كان بمقدور الذكاء الاصطناعي أن يحل محل دماغ الإنسان، قال إن الذكاء الاصطناعي أكثر قدرة من دماغ الإنسان، وستزداد تلك القدرة بمرور الوقت، لكن ليس في كل المجالات.
وليس بمقدوره إدراك الخلفية الاجتماعية.
إلا أنه يجب الأخذ بالحسبان أن سن الذكاء الاصطناعي لا يزيد عن عشرات الأعوام.
بينما يتطور دماغ الإنسان باستمرار على مدى ملايين الأعوام. ويمكننا القول إن دماغ الإنسان أكثر جهاز تعقيدا في الكون.
Translation - Italian Al giorno d’oggi si assiste a una frattura sempre maggiore fra gli adolescenti, il mondo reale e la natura, e a una continua immersione dei giovani nel mondo virtuale, con conseguenze ad ampio spettro. Rispondendo al quesito riguardante la possibilità che l’intelligenza artificiale possa sostituire il cervello umano, l’esperto ha affermato che, nonostante l’IA possieda capacità maggiori rispetto a quest’ultimo e destinate ad aumentare con il tempo, ciò non accadrà in tutti gli ambiti. L’IA, infatti, non possiede consapevolezza del contesto socioculturale. Inoltre, è necessario tenere presente che l’IA ha un’età che non supera la decina d’anni, mentre il cervello umano è in continuo sviluppo da milioni di anni, tanto che è possibile affermare che esso sia lo strumento più complesso dell’intero universo.

Source text - Arabic صادرات الايطالية الى الامارات تنمو بشكل سريع حتى في عصر كورونا
قال مدير وكالة التجارة الإيطالية في الإمارات، والمفوض التجاري الإيطالي لدى دولة الإمارات، أميديو سكاربا، إن «صادرات الأغذية والمشروبات الإيطالية إلى الإمارات، بلغت 197 مليون يورو (877 مليون درهم) خلال الأشهر التسعة الأولى من 2020»، مؤكداً أنه رغم تراجع الصادرات خلال تلك الفترة، إلا أن إيطاليا مازالت تحتل المرتبة الرابعة من بين أكبر شركاء الإمارات في مجال الأغذية والمشروبات على مستوى العالم.
وأشار إلى أن صادرات إيطاليا من الأغذية والمشروبات إلى الإمارات بلغت نحو 290 مليون يورو (1.3 مليار درهم) في عام 2019، بزيادة قدرها 21.8% مقارنة مع 2018، متوقعاً أن تنمو الصادرات الإيطالية إلى الإمارات بنسبة 12.9% خلال العام 2021.
ولفت سكاربا، إلى أن «منتجات المعكرونة لاتزال واحدة من أكثر المنتجات الإيطالية استهلاكاً في الإمارات، وهي أكثر صادرات الأغذية الإيطالية إلى الإمارات في 2020»، مشيرا الى أن إيطاليا تمتلك 16% من حصة سوق المعكرونة في الإمارات، وذلك بقيمة تقدر بنحو 19 مليون يورو، وقد زادت هذه القيمة بشكل أكبر خلال فترة تفشي جائحة كورونا المستجد (كوفيد-19)، مع نمو سنوي يقدر بنحو 31 بالمئة وأوضح، أن جائحة «كورونا» أثرت في الاقتصاد العالمي بشكل كبير، كما أثرت في التجارة الخارجية لإيطاليا، مثل أي مكان آخر في العالم.

Amedeo Scarpa, direttore dell’ICE e delegato italiano per il commercio negli EAU ha dichiarato che “Durante i primi nove mesi del 2020 le esportazioni italiane di alimenti e bevande verso gli Emirati hanno raggiunto i 197 milioni di euro”. È confermato che, nonostante questo periodo abbia visto un calo degli export, l’Italia occupa ancora il quarto posto tra i più grandi partner degli Emirati nel settore agroalimentare a livello mondiale.
Il delegato ha poi spiegato che nel 2019 gli export verso gli EAU per questo settore erano pari a circa 290 milioni di euro, con un aumento del 21,8% rispetto al 2018 e, secondo le previsioni, si assisterà a un aumento del 12,9% nel corso del 2021.
Tra i prodotti italiani, ha fatto notare, la pasta rappresenta quello più largamente consumato negli EAU e il più esportato nel 2020”, indicando che l’Italia possiede una quota del 16% del mercato della pasta negli EAU, con un valore stimato di circa 19 milioni di euro, valore che ha subìto un grande aumentato durante la pandemia di covid-19, con una crescita annua stimata a circa il 31%, e ha chiarito che la pandemia ha fortemente influito sull’economia mondiale e sul commercio estero italiano, esattamente come in tutto il resto del mondo.
