The Infinite Campus Parent Portal is a web-based student management program that enables parents to monitor, and to assist with the progress of their child’s educational growth. It enables parents to view their child’s contact information, attendance, class schedule, class assignments, progress reports, and report cards. Campus Parent Portal will also be used to process applications and surveys and to collect necessary electronic signatures (eSignature) on applicable forms from the parent/guardian. Each parent or guardian of a student in our district has been assigned a unique portal activation key code. Source text - English The local board of education is required to enforce the compulsory education law, N.J.S.A. 18A:38-25. If the local board of education determines that there is credible evidence that the parent/guardian or other person(s) having custody and control of a school-age child is not causing the child either to attend school (public or nonpublic) or to receive equivalent instruction elsewhere than at school, the board may request documentation, such as a letter of intent from the parent/guardian confirming that the child is either attending a nonpublic school or receiving equivalent instruction elsewhere than at school. The mere fact that a child has been withdrawn to be homeschooled is not, in itself, credible evidence of a legal violation. If it appears that the child is not receiving an education in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:38-25, the board may wish to consult with its attorney regarding possible charges against the parent/guardian for failure to have the child educated

Source text - English Multisectoral approaches include more than one sector such as health, education, social welfare, protection, agriculture, religious affairs, law and defense. In humanitarian settings, this could include ministries overseeing support to refugees, migrants and Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) or disaster management personnel, and it should include relevant coordination groups or clusters such as Health, Protection, Education, Shelter, Livelihoods and others. Multi-stakeholder approaches include collaborating with community stakeholders, non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and people from affected communities, including those with lived experience of mental health conditions. It is helpful to elicit feedback from persons whom the community has designated as leaders and experts, rather than only those appointed as leaders by and for humanitarian response structures. Where there is mental health stigma, these “insider” partners can be engaged in awareness-raising discussions to provide information and dispel myths about suicide.
