AnInkWell provides certified interpreter and translator services to the business, legal, and medical communities, and to non-profit organizations. Our areas of translation specialty include legal, real estate, insurance, biology, medical/healthcare, humanites, history and others. Our language combination is English and Spanish. Ms. Amador has been in this profession for over 25 years. She is certified, both as a translator and an interpreter. She has a BA from Universidad del Turabo in Puerto Rico, and has a graduate degree in translation from Georgia State University. She is an Active Member of the American Translators Association and other professional organizations. Her broad experience includes the translation of: insurance policies, applications and brochures; medical records, healthcare manuals and medical research; short stories, magazine ads, safety and operation manuals, contracts and leases; and, personal documents and credentials. Her projects have ranged from small ads for the real estate classifieds to 350+ pages health handbooks. She is a native Spanish speaker, born and educated in Puerto Rico, and completely bilingual and bicultural. She has been a lecturer on Hispanic market characteristics and potential, and the writer/editor of several newsletters.
