§ 1.
Wynajmujący oświadcza, iż:

§ 1.
The Landlord declares that:

§ 2.
The Landlord declares that the subject of lease is free from all debts and charges against a third party, that there is no administrative or judicial proceeding conducted against it, and that there have been no dispositive agreements or contracts concerning the subject of lease concluded.
§ 3.
The Landlord gives, and the Tenant hires the dwelling entirely with equipment and furnishings as described in the protocol. At the moment of transfer of the property, a hand-over report, annexed as No.1 to this agreement, will be made.
