NUHA Aloe Vera garments are made with an elastic fabric containing elastane and nylon microfibers that incorporate special, porous, inert very resistant microcapsules are gradually released throughout the life of the garment and have long-lasting results up to 100 washing cycles (at 30 ºC, neutral soap). Aloe Vera is well known for having skin healing properties and provides moisturizing, soothing, anti-inflammatory, anti-irritant, anti-ageing and antioxidant effects.

Source text - Greek 9. Το Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο, για ταχύτερη διεκπεραίωση των εταιρικών υποθέσεων και σύμφωνα με το Καταστατικό της Εταιρείας, διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να ορίζει ως ειδικούς εκπροσώπους της Εταιρείας για τη διενέργεια συγκεκριμένων κάθε φορά πράξεων, μέλη του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου είτε υπαλλήλους της Εταιρείας είτε τρίτα πρόσωπα, δυνάμει ειδικής απόφασής του, στην οποία θα καθορίζεται και η έκταση της παρεχόμενης σχετικής εξουσιοδότησης.
10. Όλες οι εξουσιοδοτήσεις που παρέχονται με την παραπάνω απόφαση ισχύουν μέχρι να ληφθεί νεώτερη απόφαση του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου που να τις τροποποιεί ή να τις ανακαλεί και ειδικά για τις Τράπεζες, με τις οποίες συναλλάσσεται η Εταιρεία, μέχρι να κοινοποιηθεί σ' αυτές τέτοια τροποποιητική ή ανακλητική απόφαση του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου. Διευκρινίζεται, τέλος, ότι οι έχοντες τη γενική εκπροσώπηση της Εταιρείας κατά την παράγραφο 4, δεσμεύουν την Εταιρεία και σε κάθε άλλη περίπτωση των παραγράφων 5, 6 και 7 της παρούσας απόφασης.
11. Μετά την παρούσα απόφαση και προς αποφυγή οποιοσδήποτε σύγχυσης, καταργούνται ρητά και παύουν να ισχύουν εφεξής: α) η από 26/03/2008 απόφαση του Δ.Σ. που μετά την καταχώρισή της στο οικείο μητρώο ανωνύμων εταιρειών δημοσιεύθηκε στο υπ' αρ. 2148/11-4-2008 ΦΕΚ (τεύχος ΑΕ και ΕΠΕ) και β) η από 28/12/2012 απόφαση του Δ.Σ. της Εταιρείας, η οποία καταχωρήθηκε στο Γ.Ε.ΜΗ του Εμπορικού και Βιομηχανικού Επιμελητηρίου Αθηνών με αρ. πρωτ. 29713/28-12- 2012 και εγκρίθηκε από την Γενική Δ/νση Ανάπτυξης/ Π.Ε. Βορείου Τομέα Αθηνών/ Τμήμα Ανωνύμων Εταιρειών με την υπ' αρ. πρωτ. ΕΜ-2515/2013 απόφασή της (Γ.Ε.ΜΗ 18637/1-3-2013).
12. Τέλος το Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο με ομόφωνη απόφασή του ορίζει τα αντίγραφα των πρακτικών συνεδριάσεων του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου και των Γενικών Συνελεύσεων τω μετόχων της Εταιρείας να επικυρώνουν με την υπογραφή τους υπό τη σφραγίδα της Εταιρείας ο Πρόεδρος του Δ.Σ. και ο Διευθύνων Σύμβουλος της Εταιρείας ενεργούντες ο καθένας χωριστά. Μη υπάρχοντος άλλου θέματος στην ημερήσια διάταξη, λύθηκε η συνεδρίαση. Για την πιστοποίηση όλων των παραπάνω, συντάχθηκε το πρακτικό αυτό και υπογράφεται νόμιμα.
Translation - French 9. Le Conseil d’Administration, en vue d’un traitement plus rapide des affaires de la société et conformément au statut de la société, se réserve le droit de choisir comme représentants extraordinaires de la société, des membres du Conseil d’Administration; qu’ils soient employés de la société ou qu’ils soient des tiers, et ceci de façon systématique pour la conduite de certaines opérations spécifiques en vertu d’une décision précise, à partir de laquelle sera également déterminée l’étendue du pouvoir délégué.
10. Toutes les délégations de pouvoir confirmées par la décision décrite ci-dessus sont valables jusqu’à une nouvelle prise de décision par le Conseil d’Administration de révoquer ou de modifier lesdites délégations de pouvoir et plus particulièrement concernant les banques avec lesquelles la société conclut des opérations, jusqu’à la communication d’une modification ou d’une révocation des délégations en question par décision du Conseil d’Administration. 11. Enfin, le Conseil d’Administration, ayant décidé à l’unanimité de fournir des copies des procès-verbaux des réunions du Conseil d’Administration et de l’Assemblée Générale des actionnaires, lesquels sont validés sous le sceau de la société par la signature du Président du C.A. et du Président Directeur Général, chacun agissant individuellement. Etant donnée l’absence d’une autre question à l’ordre du jour, la réunion est terminée. Pour certifier l’ensemble des précédents, cet acte fut rédigé et dûment signé.
