Translation - English Eighteen cases of new-onset rheumatoid arthritis (RA) were selected among patients of the Division of Rheumatology, Second Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University. The patients met the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) classification criteria for RA. Of these patients, 6 were male and 12 were female, with an age range of 30-65 years old. Prior to entering this study, the patients had not taken Vitamin D (VitD), glucocorticoid, immunosuppressant, or tumor necrosis factor alpha antagonist, and had normal liver and kidney function. Eight healthy volunteers were selected to match the RA patients by sex and age.

Translation - English Job satisfaction of auditors in accounting firms not only affects their organizational commitment (Hall, Smith and Langfield-Smith, 2005), but also significantly affects their audit quality and audit performance (Fisher, 2001). Auditors’ job satisfaction is usually negatively related to job stress (Harrell and Stahl, 1984), and scholars investigating job stress have focused on the dimension of role stress (Gregson, Wendell and Aono, 1994). Role stress arises when people, faced with expectations associated with their positions and responsibilities, experience incongruence between their behavioral and psychological processes and personal, organizational, and societal requirements. They feel out of control, resulting in the formation of stress that destabilizes their internal systems, disabling the individual to display appropriate behavior in the system they are in (Hardy and Conway, 1978).

Source text - Chinese 為了將較多的觀察變項濃縮為較為精簡的幾個變數，本研究先進行探索性因素分析，採用Principle Analysis Factors萃取重要的因素， 並以最大變異法找出衡量各個因素的主要問項，選取特徵值大於1 的共同因素。在障礙因素部分，共計9個題項，經由因素分析過後，萃取出3個特徵值大於1 的因素，累積解釋變異量達到68.170%，且各題項之因素負荷量皆大於0.5，再參考文獻資料對各個因素分別命名為「content suitability barriers」、「personal barriers」、「situational barriers」。在政策因素部分，共計6個題項，經由因素分析萃取出2個因素，累積解釋變異量達到79.204%，且各題項之因素負荷量皆大於0.5，再參考文獻資料對各個因素分別命名為「pressure policy」、「incentive policy」。
Translation - English In order to reduce the observed variables into a smaller number of factors, exploratory factor analyses were first conducted in this study. Principal factor analyses were used to extract important factors, with varimax rotation to identify the main items that measure each factor and to select factors with eigenvalues greater than 1. There were a total of nine items under barrier factors. A factor analysis extracted three factors with eigenvalues greater than 1, with a cumulative variance of 68.170%. All items had a factor loading of greater than 0.5. Following a literature review, the factors were named content suitability barriers, personal barriers, and situational barriers. There were a total of six items under policy factors. A factor analysis extracted two factors, with a cumulative variance of 79.204%. All items had a factor loading of greater than 0.5. Following a literature review, the factors were named pressure policy and incentive policy.

I am a Chinese to English translator based in Edinburgh, United Kingdom.
