Bio
My name is Sofie Stamas. I was born in Sweden and lived there up until 6 years ago when I moved abroad. I'm a native Swedish speaker, I also have a 100% understanding of Norwegian and Danish. I've studied English my whole life, German from the age 12 to 19 and Spanish from the age 16 to 19.

I worked as a language teacher in Sweden, I taught middle- and high school in Swedish-English, English-Swedish, Swedish-Spanish, Swedish-German.

I then moved to Spain and worked there as HR manager where I did a lot of translation work for the company´s website, ads, brochures and so on. I mostly translated Swedish-English, English to Swedish, Norwegian-English, Danish-English, Spanish to Swedish and Spanish to English. Then I moved to the Middle East where I, as a flight attendant, used the majority of my spoken languages on a daily basis. I now live in Florida.

My Bachelor's Degree from the University of Kristianstad in Sweden is in teaching with English as a major.
