3. 8-12 months:determine direction of further development, receive advanced training whilst working in the chosen business sector
Objective:develop the ability to work independently to complete projects; to acquire all the skills required to fulfill the role selected in the target sector.

2. Should Party B be found to be in breach of contract in the following situations, Party A may decide to terminate the contract of employment:
(1) Found not to meet the work specification during the probationary period;
(2) Serious violation of work ethics or work system as stipulated by Party A;
(3) Gross negligence, malpractice, causing of significant harm to the business interests of Party A;
(4) Is found to be under criminal investigation or rehabilitation.

My name is Peter Li.
Born in England, of Hong Kong Chinese descent. Graduated from the University of Sunderland in 2000 with a BEng (Hons) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering. My English is native and Mandarin and Cantonese are near native.
I have worked as a manager for major optical firms in the UK for the over 11 years, during which time I have also interpreted and translated from and into Cantonese and Mandarin on a regular basis. My language skills are used on a daily basis; I teach a free Bible study course in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. I also regularly deliver lectures to audiences of up to 1000 in Mandarin and Cantonese.
