English to Hindi: Market Trend Detailed field: Marketing / Market Research
Source text - English Each and every trader will have their own personal explanation as to why the market is moving a certain way.
When trading, traders express this view in whatever trade he takes. But sometimes, no matter how convinced a trader is that the markets will move in a particular direction, and no matter how pretty all the trend lines line up, the trader may still end up losing.
A trader must realize that the overall market is a combination of all the views, ideas and opinions of all the participants in the market. That's right... EVERYONE.
This combined feeling that market participants have is what we call market sentiment.
It is the dominating emotion or idea that the majority of the market feels best explains the current direction of the market.
Translation - Hindi
English to Hindi: Net operating income approach General field: Bus/Financial
Source text - English Net operating income approach (NOI): Net operating income theory or approach does not accept the idea of increasing the financial leverage under NI approach. It means to change the capital structure does not affect overall cost of capital and market value of firm. At each and every level of capital structure, market value of firm will be same.
The NOI approach makes the following assumptions:
a) The market capitalizes the value of the firm as a whole. Thus the split between debt and equity is not important.
b) The market uses an overall capitalisation rate, to capitalize the net operating income. Overall cost of capital depends on the business risk. If the business risk is assumed to remain unchanged, overall cost of capital is a constant.
c) The use of less costly debt funds increases the risk to shareholder. This causes the equity capitalisation rate to increase. Thus, the advantage of debt is offset exactly by the increase in the equity-capitalisation rate.
d) The debt capitalisation rate is constant.
e) The corporate income taxes do not exist.

Years of experience: 15. Registered at ProZ.com: May 2011.
I am based in Uttarakhand, India and I am providing English -> Hindi translations to various national and international translation agencies since 2009.
In 1999 I completed my graduation (Bachelor of Commerce) and after completing my MCA (Master in Computer Applications) in 2004, I started working as lecturer in a private college. I started translation in 2009 as a hobby and enjoyed it very much. After working as a translator part-time for few months, eventually I made it my full-time profession.
All these years I have had the opportunity to learn a lot about the language as well as the topics which I was asked to translate. I can translate documents related to different types of fields. My emphasis while translating a document is to keep it as simple as I can without losing its initial meaning.
I can provide translation in Unicode as well as non-Unicode fonts. I have 24x7 access to internet.
