I am currently working as a freelance translator, proofreader and Quality Manager. I take on daily assignments for quality management of translations in and out of all languages, which involves checking spelling, formatting, dates, names and numbers and evaluating and scoring the linguists who have worked on the text. I have also completed a translation of a 12,000 word brochure for a Language Travel company and a translation of a business letter for London-based Translation Company, both of which my customers were very satisfied with.

Before deciding to go freelance, I was working as Project Manager for a Translation company in London, a role I found motivating and challenging, requiring a high level of organisation and attention to detail. I previously worked as an Examinations Co-ordinator for Trinity College London, an exam board offering English as a second language examinations, where intercultural exchange and communication was at the core of the company policy.
