Appears in a Venezuelan legal document establishing a "Registry of Controlled Substance Operators." This is CUSTOMS terminology, and can be found all over the Internet in Spanish. However, I have been unable to locate the English equivalent. I'm also looking for a very similar term "destinaciones suspensivas de importación termporaria." All suggestions welcome.
