I am also seeing "same-level falls" but nowhere near as much.
Here is just one of the many uses to be found on occupational safety sites. "The focus of this 5 hour course is to identify, evaluate, and prevent or control fall hazards at construction sites. The course focuses on *falls to a lower level*, not *falls to the same level*, resulting from slips and falls."
