This appears to be the bus-stop outside the university hospital. If you put the address into google maps you can see it (with the name "大学病院前"). It's the bus stop to the left of the main entrance after the entry rotary/roundabout at the south end, just where the trees start.

: That is 大学病院前 バス停 Google maps are not to be taken literally - they don't show a lot of details, like little offices adjuncted to sites like stations and so on - CAVEAT

I realize that but if you look at the street view you will see that it is the "bus stop directly outside the university hospital as explained".
