月次にて運用定例を行い、品質レビューを含む、課題の解決などを共有する場を設けること。

I'm not certain of 運用定例 in the sentence above. Initially I thought perhaps 運用定例会 was intended, but I've seen this exact wording repeated in different documents over time so... I'm not sure.
