Fortschrittskontrolle (Kurzbericht)
Der Projektleiter erstellt im Einvernehmen mit dem Projektteam einen periodischen Fortschrittsbericht zu Händen des Projektausschusses
Teilprojektleiter melden auf gleiche Weise dem Gesamtprojektleiter.

Projekt-Übersicht
Anhand der Kurzberichte wird periodisch die Projektübersicht erstellt. Verantwortlich für die Erstellung ist der Projektkoordinator.

J'ai du mal à rendre ce "-wesen".
Peut-on parler de "structure des comptes rendus" ? Ou alors ignorer "-wesen" ?

J'ai bien essayé de m'aider d'autres termes qui sont formés sur le même modèle (Rechnungswesen par ex.), mais je ne suis pas convaincue.

En fait, dans l'industrie on utilise " tableau de bord " s'il s'agit de données répétitives (p.ex. hebdomadaires, mensuelles, annuelles...).

il y a bien eu il y a plusieurs années une tentative pour définir un terme pour Berichtswesen => bilanterie, mais ce terme ne s'est pas imposé.
En fait, dans l'industrie on utilise " tableau de bord " s'il s'agit de données répétitives (p.ex. hebdomadaires, mensuelles, annuelles...).
