Lait ribot / de baratte Explanation: En Bretagne, on utilise couramment ce terme (lait ribot) dans l'alimentation (plutôt humaine certes. Ou en trouve même facilement en supermarché ou en crèmerie). Cela correspond tout à fait à cette idée de "sauermilch" (pour les avoir goûtés tous les deux :-)). Je ne sais pas en revanche si on utilise ce terme pour l'alimentation animale.
