disagree  Mary Harris: Press-container as an answer does not consider the key part of *Abrollpresse*, *roll-off*. Please see spirited discussion above for further detail.

roll-off (cardboard) baler/compactor

Explanation:
"roll-off" is important here is it is a system to roll the container into place rather than being lifted into position

roll-off packer

Explanation:

I´ve suggested packer rather than press since the DE title of DIN 30730 uses Mobilebehälterpresse and the EN title uses Mobile Waste Packer. The primary difference between an Abrollpresse and a Mobilebehälterpresse is the method in which they are transported to and from the site. Mobile containers are transported using hook or chain carriers while roll-off containers are rolled off of a transport vehicle.

The second link also uses roll-off packer.

A quick copy/paste of the first link will bring up the reference mentioned. Not sure what I did wrong when adding this first reference.

The 2nd link makes 5 references to roll-off packers. One of which is the Example sentence above.

Example sentence(s):
  • PACKER, Roll-off - A packer similar to a stationary packer, but mounted on skids and equipped with heavy rollers so that it may be rolled onto or off a truck equipped with a tiltframe hoist.

disagree  Chris Pr: Meaningless (or dead) references that don't support the claim...//And 'unprofessional' behaviour doesn't enhance your case either...// Still no bilingual connection to the German term provided = 'guesswork'...

  -> A quick copy/paste of the 1st link will bring up the reference. The 2nd is definitely not meaningless.
