Ach so, dann bedeutet es Fallen durch Kippen (das "Kippfallen" ist dann ein substantiviertes Verb.

Kippfall/Kippfallen According to the strict rules of grammar, you are right of course. However, this is definitely not the plural of "Kippfalle".
The specification generally uses Fallen as the plural of Fall e.g. "2x Fallen auf jede Fläche" and a heading "Frei Fallen / Kippfallen / Umstürzen.
The spec was written by a company located in south-west Germany. Is this a regional variation peculiar to B-W?

If the plural is "Kippfallen", the sigular must read "Kippfalle". Has another meaning than "Kippfall".

The spec has a separate section on free falls, so a Kippfall is definitely not a free fall.
