(repudiation of) acceptance (as a 'child of the family') Explanation: Legitimation and adoption are also crucial to inheritance. No need to qualify acceptance with incident/ relationship/fact of etc. 'Section 25 of the Matrimonial Causes Act 1973 (as amended) sets out the basic guidelines ... to the welfare while a minor of any *child [accepted as one] of the family* who has not ...'
