I have translated it as:
Report by ***, expert witness under oath, from the 8 U 33/07 v criminal proceedings of *date* pending before the Mattersburg Trial Court (Appendix ./1)

but am not quite sure if I got it right in terms of what "8 U 33/07" means and where it is supposed to go...
