Hi,

I'd appreciate suggestions for translating the term "Einarbeitungszeitraum" appearing in the sentence below:

Fällt in Verbindung mit Feiertagen die Arbeitszeit an Werktagen aus, um dem Dienstnehmer eine längere zusammenhängende Freizeit zu ermoglichen, so kann, sofern ein Einarbeitungszeitraum von 7 Wochen überschritten werden soll, durch Betriebsvereinbarung die Verteilung der ausfallenden Normalarbeitszeit auf die Werktage von höchstens 52, die Ausfalltage einschließenden Wochen geregelt werden.
