yours sound like in-house jargon which would not be understood by customer

Many thanks"

..in the individual jam portions department /production line
Konfi is definitely jam (I grew up with it). I'm not even sure whether a distinction is made for marmalade). Portions.... suggests those little (here: glass) 'individual' pots mainly used in the catering trade but also retailed. Cf. 'individual pork pies'. But I'm not from that field, so 'open to correction'. And I know my sugg. wirft nicht gerade mit seiner Eleganz um.

Konfitüre/ "marmelade range"
Konfi stands for "Konfitüre" (jam/marmelade) (see links below or google for "Konfi Schweiz";
so your phrase seems to refer to the employees dealing with the "marmelade range" of this company.
I'm not quite happy with the "range" part though; maybe there's better marketing jargon for that.

As regards the "Portion" part - this could have to do with the distinction between regular-sized units and "Portionen", that is to say small units/jars for hotels etc.
