This is used to indicate negative goodwill in a Swiss German document. I've never heard badwill used in this context and google search shows that it is used mainly by non-English sites. What would be the correct term - badwill or negative goodwill? Thanks to all the accountants in advance.

agree  RobinB: Badwill is a deprecated term, sometimes used by analysts, often by non-native speakers who think they're being *really* smart. The correct German term is "negativer (or: passivischer) Unterschiedsbetrag".
