I don't think there is an English term that is exactly equivalent to "besenden" in the most general sense.
However, as in this particular case electric energy (playing the role of a signal) is inductively coupled into a cable or pipe, the expression "inductive signal injection" ( or feeding/coupling) should be adequate. By analogy, in case of direct (galvanic) coupling the corresponding expression would be "direct signal signal injection" (/feeding/coupling).
