Due to the production method, sheet steel coils have different lengths, i.e. the number of Bleche from a coil varies. As coils are sold by weight, the number of Bleche is the yield per coil.
ThyssenKrupp uses "yield" for "Coilsausbringung", see the link below and select the botton two PDFs for D & E respectively.

Is one possible option. Although AFAIK the normal German for coil is "Coil", not "Koil", but that is irrelevant here, which why I thought I'd mention it.

Der zitierte Satz bedeutet also: Sollten sich zu viele oder zu wenige Bleche aus dem Bandstahl des Coils schneiden lassen und die "specified quantity" wird dadurch nicht erreicht, wird das entsprechend berücksichtigt (beim nächsten Coil wird vielleicht längerer Bandstahl geliefert, wenn beim ersten Coil zu wenige Bleche daraus geschnitten werden konnten (Mindermenge) - oder beim nächsten Coil ist der Bandstahl etwas kürzer, weil beim ersten Coil zu viele Bleche daraus geschnitten werden konnten (Mehrmenge) - oder man berücksichtigt das im Preis.
