agree Ken Cox : I've seen this in a few catalogues, although IMO it is a general category in English and should be omitted in the names of specific types of screws (i.e. 'window screw' instead of 'window construction screw').

You're right that it could still be any type (shape, head) of screw, but so can Bauschraube
