"Was in den Vorläuferversionen mit Hilfe des komplexen Dialogfeldes Extras einzustellen war, ist nun auf gänzlich anderem Weg zu erreichen:

Abbildung 2: Der neue Weg zu den Optionen. Deren genaue Prüfung ist sehr zu empfehlen!"

Text relates to a newly revised software application. As you can see, the style of writing is pretty informal. I've translated Weg here more or less "method", as in "new method for options" but would this be accurate because the second sentence here refers to checking the options precisely. Is it any clearer to anyone else?
