German term or phrase: Bearbeitung der Reklamation zum kunden hin
From a procedure instructions document for a customer service department.
----
• .....
----
Thought long and hard about this, and I just can't get my head around "zu ... hin" here. I keep thinking, surely a complaint comes "vom Kunden her"! I get the impression off a couple of websites I looked at, that this might refer to the sequence of the CRM process, but how that works still escapes me. Can anybody tell me what I´m missing?

Cheers, Stephen
