The following resets must be realised:
• Weather Reset: All weather effects are switched off; atmosphere is adjusted to Standard ISA Atmosphere with 1013.2 mBar, 15°C at sea level (Medium Sea Level, (MSL), visibility at 12 kms.
• Global Malfunction Reset: All active and pre-selected malfunctions are switched off,
• Circuit Breaker Reset Steady CB: All circuit reakers (CB) dialled as ``steady trip`` are reset and can be mechanically pressed downward again mechanisch wieder eindrücken,
• Engine & Transmission Oil System Reset: Temperatures and pressures are set at the usual operating size for the werden auf die for den aktuellen Zustand übliche *Betriebsgröße* gesetzt.

Glossaries give "size/optimal of firm" but I can't see the connection here!

This is about resetting the values such as hydraulic pressure, voltage, pneumatic pressure, fuel status, etc to normal values like 2500 psi, 12 V, 60 °C fuel temp, etc.
So, the emergency drill can start from a standard setup.

A translation of "für aktuellen Zustand übliche Betriebsgröße gesetzt" would be "standard (operating) values for actual/momentary conditions".
Variable would be "hydraulic pressure", but the value would be "2,500 psi", etc.
