This could be an area where wine is tasted but I think you really need more context - can you ask the client?

I agree with Louise, but it seems you can also use pleasure area for a bit more flair...

Pleasure Zone

See link below, which I got (along with thousands of others) through googling "pleasure zone" together with "wine". However, I have some reservations, as, if you Google just "pleasure zone" you get some rather seedy results, so it may have the wrong connotations! But see what you think - you may feel it's perfectly OK.

connoisseur zone/area

Since it's to do with wine, I think using an expression with "connoisseur" sounds better
connoisseur/connoisseur's/connoissers' zone/area
Pleasure zone sounds soooooo seedy!

...I would avoid 'pleasure' here at all costs. It just sounds too much like a brothel to me.

Tasting Room

If you are expanding an existing establishment, room would may work better in this context. Can you specify what the "Erweiterung" is exactly.
