Kiselo tijesto? Explanation: Nisam 100% sigurna. Mada znam i na engleskom i na njemackom sta je to i probala sam kruh od takvog tijesta ali nisam sigurna da li tako nesto postoji na hrvatskom. Ja bih prevela kao kiselo tijesto |

Fest steht: Sauerteig = kiselo tijesto Damit haben wir aber noch lange kein Pulver daraus gemacht... "Instant" wäre also, analog dem "Instant kvasac" = Hefepulver oder "instant juha" = Suppenpulver, eine pulvrige Mischung aller notwendigen Zutaten, die man zur Zubereitung der jeweiligen Speise benötigt. Eine andere Möglichkeit wäre "Kiselo tijesto u prahu", aber das suggeriert meines Erachtens nicht unbedingt, dass man damit den Sauerteig ansetzen kann. Vielmehr ähnelt es dem "šećer u prahu" = "Puderzucker". |

kiselo tijesto u prahu Explanation: So wie im Englischen, ähnelt dem Staubzucker überhaupt nicht. "instant kiselo tijesto" käme hier nicht in Betracht, weil daraus kein Sauerteig erzeugt wird. |
