this comes under heating "réduire les coûts sans perte de qualité ni de service

I think that there's a missing word here, I'm thinking "..constituent de vrais freins au axes..

Explanation:
A bit wordy, I admit, but with the advantage of being business-speak executives and CFO's will understand and appreciate. Either way, I prefer "opportunities" to a literal translation of *axes* for its positive undertones.
