French term
ces pages sont identiques aussi bien dans le cas de l'édition
French to English
Bus/Financial
Internet, e-Commerce
This comes from notes to a translation of a wedding service site. I have been staring at the sentence and can't seem to make head nor tail of the syntax. Can anyone give me a simplified version?!
"p 21 : Ces pages sont identiques aussi bien dans le cas de l'édition d'une page existante qui ne sera remplie que dans le cas d'une nouvelle page a' remplir."
Many thanks in advance.

Ces pages sont identiques aussi bien dans le cas de l'édition d'une page existante (qui ne sera pas remplie) que dans le cas d'une nouvelle page a' remplir."
Whether you are editing an existing page that will not be filled in or in the case of a new page to be filled in these pages are always alike.

: More or less: no need for "always", and it's not clear whether "édition" is editing or printing.

Of course you are right on both issues but my English translation wasn't meant to be "perfect"..:o). (Far from it!) I just wanted to explain the use of "aussi bien.. que."

In other words, one need not break one's head in connection with these pages.
Can you get the original sentence from which you have the French translated sentence?

"p. 22: idem 21"
underneath.
There is some repetition in the site but still doesn't make a huge amount of sense!
